Excellent place, very quaint, friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend coming for the cotoletta sbagliato. I tried the orange almond one and the one with pistachio and lime. It was out of this world. Excellent coffee... I'll be back if I get the chance.

We went for Sunday lunch; the place isn't very big, the tables are quite close together, and there are no coat racks, so you have to put your coat behind your chair.
We ordered a "mini" cutlet, a manageable size, with a side dish, and a risotto alla Milanese. Both were good.
The vegetarian portion makes absolutely no sense, especially considering it's quite large, especially when cooked in pork fat (the waiter warned you).
The tiramisu was decent; perhaps it should have been taken out of the fridge a moment earlier because the cream was really hard.

The cutlet was good, thick, but heavy.
I ordered the gricia, but unfortunately it only had bacon and pecorino cheese on top. I was expecting a creamy sauce made with lard.

This is my third time at La Cotoletta Sbagliata, and every time I return to Milan, I can't miss it! The meat is excellent and the flavors are truly exquisite—my favorite is the one with gorgonzola and figs, simply delicious!
The service is always excellent, too: the staff is attentive, kind, and very friendly.
I also love the atmosphere, with the signs and messages on the walls that make the place feel welcoming and unique.
I highly recommend it and would always return!
