Yesterday we ate at this restaurant for the first time. The food was delicious, and the place was very welcoming. The young woman who explained the dishes to us was very kind, and the chef, who made sure we had a good time at the end of the meal, was truly commendable. Highly recommended...see you soon!!

Going against the grain, fortunately. In a Romagna adrift, Ammentos retains a strong identity. If you're in a hurry and looking for neutral flavors, go elsewhere. If, however, you want the privilege of refined, sophisticated cuisine presented in a familiar style, it's a gem!

Christmas lunch with family and excellent food. Such a great and pleasant discovery that we returned for New Year's Eve dinner. Valentina and all the staff were impeccable, and the fregula with wild fennel was delicious! I highly recommend it.

Sunday lunch with the whole family. I wasn't familiar with it, but I'd only read positive reviews. They were all true. Exceptional cuisine, authentic Sardinian flavors. The wait staff was kind and excellent. The owner was hospitable, friendly, and helpful. A truly wonderful Sunday. An experience I'll repeat over and over again. Thank you!

Passed with top marks! Our first lunch was a triumph of traditional Sardinian flavors, which we were unfamiliar with but absolutely adored... from appetizers to dessert. Honorable mention for the donkey stew.

What can I say? I found Barbagia in Monte Castello di Mercato S. Wonderful food made with skill and love, a true culinary journey. I rediscovered the true flavors of a wonderful island like Sardinia. Then Ammendos makes the same food as Barbagia with ancient flavors that are wonderful for everyone. I will return as soon as possible. Thank you.

10/03/2026: I used to go there in the '90s, and I came back with my family. The welcome is wonderful, the owner immediately puts you at ease. The dishes truly have a seafood flavor, and they have excellent recommendations. And a plus is that they welcome our four-legged friends.
09/03/2026: Beautiful and elegant, as soon as you enter, you can sense that hospitality is a cornerstone of the place, as I like to call it, Giorgiopensiero, accompanies the customer through everything that I would not call a banal lunch or dinner, but a well-rounded culinary experience. A pet-friendly place, where even our pets have their own space, well-spaced tables, a warm and elegant atmosphere, the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming and the dishes are simply fantastic, following the seasonality and every time, it is always like the first.... A refined cuisine, never banal or boring, rich in flavor, where the raw materials, truly high quality, are prepared with excellent care, applause to the guys who love their work, and all this comes across on the plate!! The best risotto I have ever tasted.... Highly recommended along with the stuffed pasta, the lightest and tastiest fried food..... In short, Giorgiopensiero has convinced me!!! My favorite little place ❤, where we always return, like family... See you soon guys!!! ❤️
