Unforgettable experience! Very fresh raw materials and impeccable service. The place is simple, but the dishes are superb. Red shrimp tartare from Mazara, a handmade couscous that accompanies a fish soup, a delight! Local wines to accompany it are very good. Almond biscuits from the local nuns with a bitter orange and almond liqueur.... I shed a tear of happiness. 🫶🏻

I congratulate Luca Sammartano for his kindness and professionalism. Even though the chef is very young and very good, the restaurant offers you always fresh products, I recommend it to those coming from outside.

Well done well done!!! I'll start with the girls/boys. Kind, friendly, helpful and nice!!! And 50% is done. Advice accepted, result achieved!!! Shrimp and raw food do not require judgment! Very good with the shrimp ravioli, they "sfasciano" with the carbonara... and as a Roman it's up to you to trust them!! I won't review the TOP otherwise I won't find it again: it's up to you!

Insieme a mio marito decidiamo di passare un 25 aprile diverso dal solito, e optiamo per un bel pranzetto nel loro nuovo ristorante Ammari che hanno aperto da poco a Torretta Granitola, abbiamo provato i loro buonissimi panini di pesce spettacolari e delle montanarine davvero squisite ..siamo rimasti abbastanza soddisfatti..camerieri gentili e sopratutto preparati, sicuramente ritorneremo 👍

Quello che speri di trovare… forse anche qualcosa in più! Ambiente Giovanissimo e informale, comunque molto competente! BRAVI! Materie prime di indiscutibile qualità . Un pranzo eccellente!

08/09/2025: Highly recommended and charming place in Trapani. It's located across from an imposing church, and the staff is attentive and smiling, ready to welcome you warmly. The food was excellent; we tried four different first courses, all delicious. Recommended for a good fish-based first or second course, made with well-crafted ingredients. Highly recommended.
