We went for dinner in a very elegant setting in the center of Mazara. The food was incredibly fresh, top-quality, and the service was very friendly. The prices were quite high, but that's understandable considering the quality of the products. Highly recommended, especially the mandarin sorbet and the truly unique and hard-to-find Tunisian pastries.

Excellent. Not only was the food very special, but the service was also outstanding. I'll definitely be back. The tuna porchetta was incredible. The desserts were also great, Sicilian-style but with a modern twist.

Everything was divine...the food was excellent. We had several appetizers, from sweet and sour tuna to swordfish caponata, cuttlefish with broad beans, and much more. A unique flavor experience!!!

At Ammari, we found a surprising menu featuring top-quality ingredients and a touch of innovation in the traditional dishes of Mazara del Vallo. We really enjoyed the caponata, made with the original recipe, which calls for gurnard instead of eggplant. It was wonderful to find such a young and enthusiastic staff, both in the dining room and in the kitchen.
