A small, simple, cute, and clean place. We ate the famous raw red prawns from Mazara del Vallo, delicious fried fish, pasta with red prawn sauce, and sublime couscous. Highly recommended!

I went for dinner with friends. I'll start by saying that when I walked in, I felt like I was at a beach club. The atmosphere was basic and not very clean. The food wasn't bad, but we paid too much. The salads, especially, were really expensive. I'm sorry, but I'll never go again.

Ammari is a special place. From the food to the service, to the location, everything is thoughtful but not pretentious. I loved every minute spent there and the food was delicious. Their red prawns, appetizers, and sandwiches are definitely worth trying.

Fabiola was a truly unique experience. She explained and recommended every dish to us. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended, and compliments to the chef.

In a lovely location, excellent ingredients are used with combinations that, in my opinion, could be improved. Excessive use of fried foods is added to every dish (see the crostini with fried bread (!) and pink prawns). It's a shame, because there is potential...

Ammari (by the sea) suggests a trattoria focused on authentic seafood flavors. The tartare, for example, was excellent, but the cuisine is driven by innovation, a commendable quality, but one that requires a willingness to experiment. The staff is young, capable, and friendly.

Abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza indimenticabile.
Personale di sala eccellente, specialmente il responsabile di questa sera di cui non ricordo il nome.
Professionale e presente in ogni singola scelta.
Abbiamo mangiato magnificamente, e il rapporto qualità prezzo non ha avuto paragoni veramente!
Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Insieme a mio marito decidiamo di passare un 25 aprile diverso dal solito, e optiamo per un bel pranzetto nel loro nuovo ristorante Ammari che hanno aperto da poco a Torretta Granitola, abbiamo provato i loro buonissimi panini di pesce spettacolari e delle montanarine davvero squisite ..siamo rimasti abbastanza soddisfatti..camerieri gentili e sopratutto preparati, sicuramente ritorneremo 👍
