In addition to having great respect as a friend of chef Giuseppe, I cannot fail to take into account his professionalism. In his cuisine, explosions of flavors and refined combinations create an energetic blend for what will be a fabulous dish but above all close to our gastronomic culture. Definitely worth trying, excellent room service, well-stocked wine list and above all lots of affection and friendliness.

Crudo di mare da plateau royal. Spigola deliziosa. Tubettino squisito. Servizio attento e celere pur con la sala piena. Mi piaceva e continua a piacermi perché in costante miglioramento. Partendo da livelli alti non è facile ma loro ci riescono e vedo che convincono sempre più gente. DA NON PERDERE.
