I had been planning on dining here way before my Milan trip and it definitely met all my expectations and more. Matteo our host was so gracious and accommodating but most importantly, the food was hands down spectacular especially considering the price. We ordered the favourites cotoletta and the ragu risotto which were the stand outs. This is a must visit for foodies when in Milano.

Beautiful party and tavern atmosphere. The food and menu are very good and have a wide choice. The cotella is one of the best in Milan!

Super super tasty and authentic! Were there 2 evenings in a row! There was pasta one day and the cotoletta malinese the next day! Gigantic on the plate and in taste. The limoncello is highly recommended. Staff super nice and really fair prices!

We totally recommend it for the main courses, in particular we fully appreciated the schnitzel and ossobuco, truly excellent. The rating of only 3 stars is due to the location and the starter. The location is shabby, understanding that the intent is to create a "rustic and authentic" atmosphere, but the result is a poorly maintained, not very clean and very old restaurant (swinging tables, uncomfortable chairs, very narrow spaces). The "Gran mixed starter" consisted of a few slices of cured meats of medium quality and really scarce in quantity + some side dishes (nervetti, giardiniera and Russian salad), all accompanied by a bread that we weren't crazy about, all for €9 head… Fairly quick, friendly service. Price not low, but average. In conclusion: we recommend going and having just one of the main dishes, accompanied by the house wine which wasn't bad at all!

Super welcoming place and cheerful atmosphere with accompanying music. The guys on the staff, Matteo and Andrea, are very good and courteous. Generous portions and good quality. Recommended for a group dinner with friends.

From Rome to Milan with two colleagues for work. They advise us to go and eat at Amici Miei. Place full of people at 1.30pm on Wednesday, it's hard to find seats. Dasi and Andrea welcome us friendly. We order the infamous "elephant ear"... when it arrives it is so big that it comes off the plate. Delicious. Soft, tasty, perfectly fried. Although people continue to arrive in large numbers, the kindness and availability of Andrea and Dasi does not change. Always attentive and available for every request. Truly deserved 5 stars... We will definitely be back on our next trip

A typical trattoria with a historic soul. We literally went crazy for the ossobuco risotto and the cutlet (have you seen how big it is!?) and consider that we were at the table with locals from Lombardy, so the appreciation is worth double, right?! Special mention to the welcome given by Giacomo, the owner: very nice and thoughtful. I appreciated that he crossed out some "double orders" from the order and encouraged us to try more dishes, sharing them. Obviously, coming here, you won't find silence & quiet - but I never expected it, I don't know about you...
