19/09/2025: Good place but hours of waiting. Very young and very good waiters. It's a shame they are exploited to the nth degree and treated like rags. The owner is poor at heart. Young people should be encouraged, not treated badly and exploited.

11/11/2025: I stopped by Rivoire and tried the tiramisu and cheesecake — both were absolutely delicious! The tiramisu was perfectly creamy and rich, and the cheesecake was smooth with just the right sweetness. The atmosphere is elegant, with a lovely view of Piazza della Signoria, making it the perfect spot for a dessert break in Florence. Highly recommend!
