The intention was to have "something" for dinner without going far from the hotel, but that "something" turned into appetizers, a main course, and desserts... a feast!
We were very pleasantly surprised: an original and perfectly cooked assortment of antipasti. The same goes for the pasta and the ricotta mille-feuille.
The waitress who served us was in complete control of the dining room; very quick and efficient, always with a smile.
We were very surprised that a restaurant of this quality is so hidden away.

We were staying at the hotel next door and, too tired to go out, we stumbled upon Ameterra: a delightful surprise! The atmosphere was refined, the service impeccable, and the cuisine blended tradition and creativity. The dishes were impressive, but the desserts were the highlight: a super-crunchy almond parfait and a frothy tiramisu to remember.

Exceptional! A true pleasure for the palate. All dishes are prepared with quality ingredients, and Chef Roberto is a true master in the kitchen. Seafood salad, fried calamari, spaghetti with clams, mussels, swordfish—whatever you choose, you won't be disappointed. Kudos to Claudia, a true hostess. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can.

Come promesso siamo tornati al ristorante Ameterra e come sempre siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Il locale è sempre accogliente, tranquillo, elegante. Il servizio è ottimo. Claudia gentilissima come sempre e ti accoglie come pochi sanno fare. I piatti sono eccezionali. Le materie prime sono sempre fresche ed i piatti, oltre ad essere buonissimi sono anche molto ben presentati. In conclusione, se stai cercando un posto giusto dove gustare i piatti della cucina siciliana questo è il ristorante giusto!

Di passaggio a Termini Imerese per visitare il centro storico, ci siamo fermati a cena in questo locale, raggiungibile in auto e situato poco dopo la stazione.
Ambiente molto soft e tranquillo, elegante al punto giusto, ottimo servizio, abbiamo gustato con piacere i loro antipasti di pesce, un crudo, un mix con vari assaggi e un altro piatto del giorno, per poi passare come secondo piatto a dei primi (ottimi spaghetti con gamberi, mandorle e salsa di pistacchio) e secondi (spigola), il tutto abbinato ad un eccellente Firriato Charme.
Tempi di attesa perfetti, prezzo corretto.
Assolutamente soddisfatti della scelta, lo consigliamo.
