The intention was to have "something" for dinner without going far from the hotel, but that "something" turned into appetizers, a main course, and desserts... a feast! We were very pleasantly surprised: an original and perfectly cooked assortment of antipasti. The same goes for the pasta and the ricotta mille-feuille. The waitress who served us was in complete control of the dining room; very quick and efficient, always with a smile. We were very surprised that a restaurant of this quality is so hidden away.

We were staying at the hotel next door and, too tired to go out, we stumbled upon Ameterra: a delightful surprise! The atmosphere was refined, the service impeccable, and the cuisine blended tradition and creativity. The dishes were impressive, but the desserts were the highlight: a super-crunchy almond parfait and a frothy tiramisu to remember.

24/02/2026: We had one of the best pizzas ever at this charming and welcoming restaurant with our friends! The service was friendly. Despite the enormous pizza, it wasn't overwhelming. You could taste the expert workmanship in every flavor and texture! We'll definitely be back to try other dishes! Thank you so much!

15/03/2026: This restaurant, located right in the heart of Palermo's old town, near the port, has only a few tables, creating a more intimate atmosphere. It's highly recommended for romantic evenings. The cuisine is traditional yet innovative, with delicious dishes that will tantalize all your senses! We were served by the owner, who was incredibly polite and friendly, always smiling, and offered excellent recommendations! Dining at this restaurant was definitely a great choice!
