We were staying at the hotel next door and, too tired to go out, we stumbled upon Ameterra: a delightful surprise! The atmosphere was refined, the service impeccable, and the cuisine blended tradition and creativity. The dishes were impressive, but the desserts were the highlight: a super-crunchy almond parfait and a frothy tiramisu to remember.

Exceptional! A real pleasure for the palate. All dishes are prepared with quality raw materials and chef Roberto is a true master in the kitchen. Seafood salad, fried calamari, spaghetti with clams, mussels, swordfish, whatever dish you choose you will not be disappointed. Compliments to Claudia, a true "hostess". We will definitely return as soon as possible.

We had our first visit to Ameterra, and it absolutely deserves 5 stars. The restaurant was spotless, with a clean and inviting atmosphere that immediately set a great tone for the evening.
The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The fish was especially delicious, and the Sicilian rolls were a standout. They have a great wine selection that paired perfectly with our meal.
Our waiter was incredibly helpful and attentive, adding to an already excellent experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch.
This was our first time at Ameterra, but it definitely won’t be our last. Highly recommended!

Comida de calidad y perfectamente cocinada.
Tomamos el mejor bacalao fresco, cocinado que hemos tomado en nuestra vida y eso que hemos viajado mucho, mucho, mucho.
Los linguini nero también estaban riquísimos.
El servicio perfecto, atento, y sirviendo a tiempo y sin agobiarte. Local con poco ruido.
El vino blanco francamente bueno.
En fin, altamente recomendable! Seguid así!

Simply perfect. Supreme quality in all the dishes and perfect preparation (and we have been to much better “classified” places that do not deserve to be there). We ordered some very good linguine nero and cod. Excellent wine. Exquisite service: very friendly and without being overwhelming. If you want to make a complaint, it is that it is isolated and does not have beautiful views, but inside it is very good, without much noise, which is appreciated. Keep it up!
