I purchased both the salted caramel colomba in this pastry shop which I have yet to taste. I will write a review later as soon as I taste it. However, I have just eaten their truly delicious desserts, an excellent custard and a good ricotta in the cannoli whose zest was crunchy and fresh... even the babà. it was very good, the syrup was sweet and liqueur-like in the right quantity..... the desserts were really excellent..... it's a pastry shop that I recommend... .. Well done

16/07/2025: Every time I go to Palermo, Il Delfino in Sferracavallo is a must. The food is truly delicious! The menu is extensive: numerous appetizers, three first courses, a second course, sorbet, and wine... all for only €35 per person. The waiters are always kind and helpful, despite the large influx of customers that fills the restaurant every day. The price is more than fair for the quality and quantity of food offered. An authentic trattoria, where tradition and hospitality truly shine. Top marks!
15/07/2025: We had lunch and I must say that in addition to the friendly and helpful staff, the dishes were plentiful and excellent. The fish was number one. I highly recommend this place.
