Amelindo In

We dined here last March and it was 5-star. This time, whether it's the season or the tourists, we felt the food quality had dropped. The grilled seafood salad and mussels were all very ordinary, lacking the special touch we'd expected, remembering the previous visit. We'll try again in the off-season, hoping to find the true five-star Amelindo!

Large and very clean place, impeccable service, excellent food. We return every Friday of the week to taste the dishes, I recommend the tagliolini alla Amelindo but also the raw fish is fantastic.

During a recent visit to Amelindo Mare e Ristorante in Fiumicino, I had the pleasure of enjoying a meal that exceeded my expectations. Appetizer: The tuna tartare was fresh and delicate, served with a careful presentation that highlighted the quality of the fish. First course: The spaghetti with clams was cooked al dente, with a savory sauce that perfectly balanced the garlic and parsley, leaving room for the natural flavor of the clams. Second course: The fried calamari was light and crispy, without any traces of grease, a sign of expert frying. Dessert: The tiramisu, classic and well-balanced, concluded the meal satisfyingly, with a soft cream and a strong flavor of coffee. The service was attentive and friendly, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. Unfortunately I have to change my previous review! We went yesterday with my partner and her daughter! The appetizers arrived and mine was not correct! They ate their own and mine arrived after about ten minutes, so we ate separately! I hadn't even finished when they brought the first courses, and they practically took the plate away from under my nose! But surprise, the pasta was not the one ordered! I didn't say anything because I wanted to eat with friends, but at the end of the meal I told the owner, in his total indifference, about my unlucky day with them! Obviously when it came to the bill, there were no surprises!! Good but to be avoided on Sundays, evidently in the kitchen they go for savings!!!!!!

Se penso a Fiumicino non mi viene in mente l’aeroporto ma … Amelindo! Il locale e’ pulito, il personale molto attento e gentile, il cibo prelibato. Queste tre caratteristiche che si sono mantenute nel tempo rendono Amelindo il nostro ristorante sul mare preferito! E’ stata una favola tornarci …Grazie!

Questo è un pò un ristorante vecchio stile, pulito e ordinato con diverse grandi sale che inevitabilmente quando i tavoli sono pieni, è impossibile parlare con i vicini, a causa del frastuonoi generale. I piatti sono tutti di qualità modesta. Per esempio il risotto alla crema di scampi con troppa, troppa panna che toglieva ogni sapore di scampi. Il servizio, molto sbrigativo e poco professionale. Il conto sicuramete caro, e molto elevato in relazione ai piatti serviti
