The location is perfect for those who want to stay in the heart of Florence but still enjoy a quiet atmosphere. We stumbled upon it by chance while looking for vegetarian options for an aperitivo and discovered a real gem. I loved the creative decor, and the staff were also incredibly friendly. I would have gladly returned for dinner because they have an excellent menu.

The restaurant, located very close to Ponte Vecchio but away from the crowds, is truly charming, decorated with personality and flair. The food reflects the setting, with distinctive pairings and excellent quality. The drinks are equally impressive. I also find the radio, which you can listen to on amble.it, a fantastic plus.

Found Amblé while escaping from the hoards down the street. It's a cute, hip café with fresh food and groovy sounds on a quiet corner. They also do live music on occasion. Looking forward to lunch again there soon!

A lovely terrace, quiet and away from the craziness of the bridge, literally a street corner away, yet so different. It's relaxing!
You'll see the colorful metal chairs from afar, and you're sure to find someone with you. This little spot welcomes Florentines and tourists alike, with interesting music and delicious cocktails at reasonable prices, especially considering the location.
I really enjoyed my sweet Shakerato served in a martini glass!

I visited this restaurant near Piazza della Signoria with a group of 15 friends. The place was well-kept and quite intimate. Everyone ordered what they wanted, the service was prompt and precise, and the ingredients and menu were carefully chosen. You can tell they're passionate about their work. We'll definitely be back. The only downside is the high prices, but they're probably average given the location. Highly recommended.

Such a cute little gem in Florence tucked away in a quiet plaza.
The place is an original mix of restaurant / design shop / and radio.
The food is fresh and genuine.

A very nice and well-kept atmosphere in the heart of Florence. The problem was the service: they only seated two of us, and with two waiters running around, we waited 20 minutes to order despite five requests for menus. I've been going there for years, and the prices have definitely gone up: for two full-sized spritzes + a cold aperitif with olives, almonds, and toast with hummus and mayonnaise, we paid €29... still in line with central Florence. I'll be back for the location, hoping for better service.
