A place in the center but in a hidden corner away from the chaos. Excellent drinks, good snacks and food and generous portions! Highly recommended!!

Very fresh ingredients so if you are looking for a bread, cheese, and salty meat break try one of their bowls. Good Raffo beer as well. Staff are great. It is tucked away out of the natural light in a type of courtyard.

A quiet place in the center of Florence!!! Delicious cocktails, acqua di Firenze😉 and many variations on the Spritz (try the ones with fresh fruit juice) The team is very attentive and the bosses are charming.

Locale carinissimo in una piazzetta nascosta a due passi da Ponte Vecchio. Molto buono il toast con patatine. Consigliatissimo! Ci tornerò.

Literally hidden in the streets of the center of Florence, this place offers an excellent opportunity for refreshment in the absolute peace of the city. The internal environment has limited space, therefore booking is recommended. Friendly service, helpful but a little slow. Clean and tidy location.

A pleasant lunch before going to the Florence Museum (Galleria dell Academia). It's right next door. Thank you for the pleasant service from the chef, as well as the discussions!

Quiet place, the aperitif kit is a little expensive at €10, add €1.50 cover charge each and the bill rises, medium-low quality.

I often go to Amblé for lunch, the place is quiet and the food is good. I recommend it to escape from the confusion of the centre.

20/01/2025: We went here for dinner and the pizzas did not disappoint. The base was cooked to perfection and both pizzas were delicious
05/01/2025: Even though we were very hungry, we chose this place because we wanted to eat pizza. We ordered Napoli pizza and one pizza was enough to feed two of us. However, we cannot say that we enjoyed the pizza tremendously, its taste was quite ordinary. To our surprise, it contained something like small pieces of anchovy; This detail added a different taste to the pizza. :)
