Amblé In Firenze

Super friendly atmosphere, right in the center but away from the tourist crowds, I ate an excellent Croque Monsieur and I tasted one of their many Spritz without spending a fortune!!! Highly recommended 🌈🦩

Place a stone's throw from Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Signoria, away from traffic, outdoors, suitable for aperitifs with tasty appetizers, prices slightly higher than average for a good quality of products.

I had dinner in this little place, located near Ponte Vecchio, last night for the first time. Tables both inside and outside, but still covered by umbrellas and towels. Very nice, youthful place, with music to accompany. Excellent for aperitifs, it has a very varied menu, consisting of pinsas, sandwiches, burgers, light bowls, poke etc... There are also many cocktails and beers to taste. Average prices being in the center of Florence. I tried their Caesar Salad, very good and plentiful. There are no parking spaces, it is in a restricted traffic zone so it is better to get there on foot, leaving the car on the Arno river or by public transport. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Fairly fast service.

PLANT BASED PERFECTION 🌱🌿 whether you’re vegan or not, this dish is plant based HEAVEN. a quality authentic vegan “pizza” option from Amblé’s pizza menu 🇮🇹 i put pizza in inverted commas simply because there’s no cheese on it… but trust me, you won’t miss it. the incredible mix of garlic, capers, tomatoes, olives, and escarole to soak up all the amazing flavours, topping a beautifully crispy Tuscan Schiacciata bread… it’ll have your mouth watering for days afterwards 🤌🏽 beer lovers have to try Amblé’s own bottled beer too; it’s the perfect accompaniment to this perfect pizza - all to be enjoyed on their hidden tucked away terrace, just seconds away from the action.

Large group of 11 people who couldn't decide whether to sit inside or outside (it was cold on February 1st) but the very helpful and courteous owners accommodated us in the best possible way. Quality of the products, and variety even for vegetarians. A nice surprise, very central but in a quiet street.

Nice surprise, internal room a little dark with little air but tastefully furnished. Excellent Cesar Salad, excellent Bismark hamburger, try the vegetable soute and the fennel steak. Will come back to try the other dishes.
