A wonderful discovery in the heart of Florence.
In the city center but away from the crowds, this place is perfect for dinner, an aperitif, or a drink.
Welcoming and brightly colored, the atmosphere offers both indoor and outdoor seating.
The staff is very friendly.
The service is quick.
A must-try.

Four cocktails, two chips, and an "aperitivo" with two olives and two dips, €65 total. A €3 cover charge for an aperitivo. Absolutely ridiculous and inappropriate, never again. (There were no polenta chips, just ordinary nachos. The two portions of baked potatoes were very meager, not three as you reported. In fact, I pointed out to the waiter that the total bill was incorrect—€3 cover charge for an aperitivo, not even at the Four Seasons). The problem isn't the €65, but the mockery after so many years. The location is perfect for those who want to stay in the heart of Florence but still enjoy a quiet atmosphere. We stumbled upon it by chance while looking for vegetarian options for an aperitivo and discovered a real gem. I loved the creative decor, and the staff were also incredibly friendly. I would have gladly returned for dinner because they have an excellent menu.

The restaurant, located very close to Ponte Vecchio but away from the crowds, is truly charming, decorated with personality and flair. The food reflects the setting, with distinctive pairings and excellent quality. The drinks are equally impressive. I also find the radio, which you can listen to on amble.it, a fantastic plus.

Found Amblé while escaping from the hoards down the street. It's a cute, hip café with fresh food and groovy sounds on a quiet corner. They also do live music on occasion. Looking forward to lunch again there soon!
