Beautiful, functional, centrally located, and very green. The feeling of being pampered is palpable right away. The breakfast was superb, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The room didn't have a sea view, as requested when booking, but it was very beautiful and bright.

Everything was very positive, from the service to the quality in all aspects of the establishment. I'm not giving the room 5 stars because it was a bit small, but the bed was by far one of the best I've ever had in a hotel, and the room was in excellent condition and very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff.

Booked and paid directly with the link sent to me by email after my phone inquiry for availability and prices. We stayed 5 nights. Staff: Above the norm. Everyone was great. Professional and polite, from the front desk to the dining room staff and housekeeping. Parking: Ample and free nearby (mid-October). Location: Central, facing the sea, close to many restaurants. Hotel access: Easy. Room: Spacious, suitable for 2 people with a large, well-ventilated bathroom. Balcony with a sea view, right in front. Our room was on the corner and had a wide view, say 150°. The sun was lovely, especially in the morning. The bed was large and comfortable. Large wardrobe with drawers and luggage storage. Small desk with an outlet that fits a laptop and mouse perfectly. Plenty of outlets around the bed and under the TV. Large French windows, but total silence in the room. Excellent soundproofing. Breakfast: Very varied. From fruit to cakes, cereals, etc. The place is bright and warm, and the service is very efficient and cheerful. I finally had enough hot water for tea. Open from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, a staff member was constantly preparing the dishes. WiFi: Abominable because they use technology I haven't seen in at least 15 years. That's the only negative. Check-out: Quick, I only paid the tourist tax as expected. CONCLUSION: Perfect hotel for our needs, with plenty of amenities and an excellent staff. Thank you.

Fantastic location , close to all shops and restaurants, great views

Highly recommended! A truly wonderful hotel in a fantastic location in Rimini. The service is on point, breakfast is organic and tasty (and until noon!), the coffee tastes exactly like what you would expect when you travel to Italy, the hotel gym is simply phenomenal for a hotel, and its seafood restaurant was excellent as well. Although the main street is busy and loud you can’t here a thing with closed windows at night - they did not save money on the wrong spots… highly appreciated. On top, everything is close by: the beach, amazing gelato, mini markets and lots of restaurants and shops.

A very nice hotel in a prime location. The rooms aren't particularly large, but perfectly adequate for two people. Everything was very clean, and our view from the large balcony overlooking Kennedy Square and the sea was a dream. The real sensation, however, is the breakfast. A sweet and sour treat for the palate and the eye, prepared with love and care. Our boys also loved the new gym.

I stayed at the Villa Rosa with my boyfriend for two nights over a weekend in July. This hotel's location is absolutely strategic and very central, close to Lella Piadine, the beach, and other restaurants and clubs in the area. Regarding the rooms, they're a bit far from 4-star standards, especially regarding soundproofing. We were assigned a connecting room, but we could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors were saying throughout the night. Even the room next door, despite it not being a connecting room, could hear everything other guests were saying, moving around in the room, or going to the bathroom. We were particularly unlucky because that weekend there was also the RDS festival in front of the hotel, and with our street-facing room, the music was very loud until 12:30 AM. Furthermore, despite being a 4-star hotel, we were charged extra for the beach, without even a guest discount, and no refund or discount was offered when we complained about the noise at checkout. It's a shame; they could have at least accommodated us. Otherwise, both the buffet and the set menu breakfast were excellent and very good. Given the star rating and the nightly prices, perhaps soundproofing and room renovations would be helpful.

Excellent hotel, impeccable service and very kind

The staff was very friendly and accommodating – you were warmly greeted every time you entered the hotel. I stayed there with my wife for a week and we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the location is great, and the beach was clean. There is no parking directly at the hotel, but there is a secure parking lot nearby. The rooms were a bit noisy, but that's probably the case with many hotels – they were just built differently in the past. All in all, a lovely stay. We would love to come back.
