Very small connecting room, extremely hard mattress and pillows. Excellent location in the center, well soundproofed room. Breakfast not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel: little choice especially for those who cannot eat gluten. Note: the fruit juices in the minibar had expired; we opted for a water and a tea, the latter being made to pay for.

Best location, best hotel. Great breakfast. Clean, spacious rooms. Parking in the hotel only if there is free space (2 parking spaces), otherwise you have to look for something in the surrounding area. The large Kennedy car park next door costs 35 euros per day.

We have stayed dozens of times in this structure and as always it is a confirmation: top quality/price in Rimini. Note of thanks to the people who work here: Vito at the reception, Lavinia and Irina at breakfast, the lady on the floors. But really everyone, make a difference, Romagna hospitality at its best! The breakfast is stratospheric, I have never seen something like this not even in 5-star L facilities. The rooms are small so the comfort is not the best, but the view of the sea and facing the sea is beautiful. Assorted mini bar and also bathrobe/slippers. Good complementary products in the bathroom. I can only highly recommend this property! See you soon

For the second year in a row I have been here on holiday/visiting family. It is a very nice hotel equipped with all desirable amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they have good services. The location is excellent, both the beach and the center are within walking distance.
