I had the pleasure of dining at Amaranto Bistrot in Finalborgo, and the experience was truly excellent. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, always smiling and attentive without ever being intrusive. I tried the potato dumplings with escarole, sausage, and pine nuts: a flavorful dish, well-balanced, and made with top-quality ingredients. Next up was the creamy, flavorful brandacujun, executed to perfection. A welcoming restaurant that combines traditional dishes with attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic experience in Finalborgo!

What a lovely evening! We had dinner at this small, elegant restaurant just outside the walls of Finalborgo. The staff are super kind and attentive. The food was delicious and served with special attention to detail. I recommend it 😉🤙🏻

We ate here twice, both times it was excellent and at a fair price. The ambiance is also very nice and the service is friendly.

A fantastic little place, everything was delicious: the hummus was unique, with zucchini and many other little things, the burrata with figs was a delight, and the coconut and peach dessert was spectacular. We ate and drank beautifully, a joyful and militant mix! Go there!

Excellent experience. The staff were friendly and local, small but welcoming. Among other things, they served some elaborate and unusual vegan dishes. I'd say it was a great experience.

Perfect Ferragosto dinner We went to AmarAnto Bistrot on August 15th: very friendly staff and truly good food. The atmosphere was pleasant and well-kept; we'll be happy to return!

The service is impeccable, thanks in large part to the young woman serving the tables. The menu is quite varied, with some very unique vegan options. The portions are generous, the food is good, and the prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommended for vegans and non-vegans alike.

Love this restaurant. Service is friendly, pet friendly, too. Delicious vegan and vegetarian options, and also delightful desserts. I chose the vegetarian ravioli filled with artichokes. It was divine. My companion chose the tuna tartare. He raved about it. Highly recommend! 💜💜💜💜

Impeccable. The trofie with pesto was exceptional: the fresh and fragrant sauce enhanced every bite with a perfect balance of basil and garlic. The cheese focaccia was a triumph of goodness, crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. An authentic gastronomic experience, capturing Ligurian flavors with simplicity and mastery. Highly recommended!

Very tasty food. Great cocktails. Attentive and friendly service in a very nice, small setting. Everything was perfect.
