A 90-minute drive, another 90 to get there. I check the time, it's 8:00 PM, I'm hungry, I read the Carmagnola highway exit, and I call the first well-reviewed restaurant nearby. They'd already been friendly on the phone, I go in, and everything (from the color of the room, to the smiles, to the welcome) made me feel "good." Super-fast but attentive service, they don't throw food at you, but even if they did, it's good because everything was delicious.

We've frequented the restaurant several times and have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Naturally, these qualities wouldn't be enough if they weren't accompanied by extremely refined food, truly original dishes executed with great technique and meticulous attention to detail. The bill is a bit steep, but it's worth it.

Vegan options too. Really good.

I recently went to this place and had a great time. The menu is excellent and there are always new dishes available, depending on the season. The service is impeccable. The staff are courteous, kind and efficient. Highly recommended.

Today, Saturday, we had a lovely lunch. The place was very welcoming, and two ladies were extremely "Piedmontese-style." We had a wonderful time. The wine (Arneis and Nebbiolo) were excellent. Excellent Piedmontese appetizers, revisited. The raviolini del plin with Fassona beef ragù were truly excellent. And everything else was delicious. But check out the menu first... When we have a chance to return to Carmagnola, we'll have lunch here.

We went to this restaurant and had a great time. The appetizers were very good, and the agnolotti were also excellent. The warm chocolate cake was also very good. The place is quaint, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are average. I highly recommend it!!!

I don't know how else to describe this beautiful place. Mind you, not because I'm a fellow citizen, but the food is always fresh, always unique, and with a welcome touch of originality. The wine selection is a cut above many other establishments. What can I say? It's been years now, keep it up. You're a sure thing.

We felt at home, starting with the welcoming staff, always smiling and helpful. The menu is varied and offers dishes for all tastes. Since I don't eat meat, I easily found excellent alternatives. The food is carefully plated using fresh, authentic, seasonal ingredients. We were recommended an excellent wine to accompany it. The quality/price ratio is reasonable. Highly recommended! Thanks to all the staff for their kindness and cheerfulness. We will definitely be back.
