My son Paolo often takes me here to eat fish. I reconfirm my opinion on the always very fresh dishes. The welcome is that of a home, but with class. And outside, with the evening breeze, everything becomes perfect. A corner of paradise to experience (and recommend). We will return soon

I was at Paolo's birthday party last night. The fish, very fresh, stands out for its quality and flavor. Complete appetizers, with a balanced selection of raw, cold and hot. Excellent first courses: the risotto and the spaghetti with scampi deserve a special mention. Impeccable service, attentive but never intrusive. Highly recommended, especially for those who can take advantage of the outside tables, which make everything even more pleasant.

Last night I came to my nephew's birthday party. Very fresh fish, cooked with skill. Various and well-prepared appetizers. I chose the seafood risotto. The Sorbetto del Capitano is unmissable. Perfect service. Super pleasant outdoor table.

Very nice and welcoming place on the sea, excellent food, very fresh and well cooked fish.
The chef's surprises off the menu that they recommended to us amazed us.
Recommended for everyone, couples, families with children... If the weather permits you can sit at the tables outside.
Prepared, polite and welcoming staff.

Nice experience. Fresh fish prepared in a delicious way. Friendly, prompt and professional service. Homemade bread and pasta should also be appreciated. Good choice of wines. Even if we are far away we will still go.

Ero già stato in questo ristorante dietro consiglio di un collega della zona circa 6 anni fa, ed ero rimasto favorevolmente colpito. Quest'anno per Pasqua ero a Silvi e ho deciso di riprovare quell'esperienza di crudi provata anni prima. Capisco che il ristorante si è trasferito in una zona più nuova ed ha cambiato gestione. Crudi di mare sempre buoni ma con minor spinta di quella della "vecchia Alusea" nel complesso buono ma non eccezionale. Credo non buono l'abbinamento di un Trebbiano con i crudi di mare (consiglio datomi dal somelier del ristorante).

First time in the restaurant, beautiful furnishings but not very large spaces, I would say to give up some place settings for greater comfort... The choice falls on the complete appetizer (raw, cold and hot), in addition we take some oysters and we are not told that two of them are still included in the appetizer, a little lightheartedness on the part of the staff. The raw materials are of excellent quality but all things considered, there isn't a dish that has stuck in our minds. We'll be back to try the rest of the menu and maybe get a better idea.

Very nice and welcoming place, private, few places so very quiet, we had two first courses and a fried dish and two glasses of wine, the first courses were good and very tasty, the only flaw, a first course where the seasoning was corn on the cob, well it was just right one and a half cobs, I find it a bit simplistic, while the frying was plentiful, with battered vegetables, friendly and courteous service, recommended!
