Good food, especially the raw seafood. Terrible service: unprofessional, inattentive, and unfriendly.

The food was good, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. The staff felt very superficial and stiff, with little to no interaction. Each time dishes were brought, they were simply placed on the table without a word. For a restaurant that charges premium prices, I expected a warmer, more attentive experience to match. The quality of service did not live up to the cost.

I leave this place feeling moved. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and the dishes exude love through their composition and perfectly executed pairings. Genuine smiles from those who welcome diners, in a well-kept and clean, family-run restaurant. Excellent value for money. After eating here, it's hard to beat the quality and freshness of the fish. An upscale restaurant, but not quite up to par. I expected more from the seafood appetizers, but the main courses were very good. Service was average, and the atmosphere comfortable.

An elegant and welcoming restaurant, with a relaxed atmosphere and attention to detail, located in a privileged position on the Silvi Marina seafront. Ideal for a quality dinner in an authentic but refined marine context. The service stands out for its courtesy, discretion and competence: the staff is attentive, well trained, always ready to advise with balance and without pressure. The roast fish is extraordinary, the absolute protagonist of the dinner: perfectly cooked, intense but delicate flavour, excellent balance between consistency and aromas. It alone is worth the visit. The raw fish are also very good, served with care and evident freshness: the selection, although not very vast, is well calibrated and satisfying for those who love raw materials naked and pure. The proposal of hot and cold appetizers is also appreciable, well thought out and well executed. Discreet but reasoned wine list, with well selected local labels and some high-level national presence. Honest markups, correct service by the glass. An address that strikes for its constant quality, sincere cuisine and general balance. Certainly one of the most reliable references for eating fish in Silvi, with an excellent quality/price ratio and a cuisine that respects the raw material without forcing. Highly recommended.

Every time it's a very pleasant experience! Excellent fish, friendly staff, quiet place near the sea away from traffic. Even my mother, a difficult customer and not easy to manage, was very happy! We recommend it for both lunch and dinner!

Ero già stato in questo ristorante dietro consiglio di un collega della zona circa 6 anni fa, ed ero rimasto favorevolmente colpito. Quest'anno per Pasqua ero a Silvi e ho deciso di riprovare quell'esperienza di crudi provata anni prima. Capisco che il ristorante si è trasferito in una zona più nuova ed ha cambiato gestione. Crudi di mare sempre buoni ma con minor spinta di quella della "vecchia Alusea" nel complesso buono ma non eccezionale. Credo non buono l'abbinamento di un Trebbiano con i crudi di mare (consiglio datomi dal somelier del ristorante).
