A very pleasant surprise. Friendly, empathetic and very soft welcome and atmosphere, there is style without losing the genuineness of the staff's smiles. There is not only taste in the dishes but also in the location, a perfect mix of industrial modernity in a place that remembers and claims its origins, perhaps a former cellar, with pride and knowledge. Tried 1 appetizer, 2 first courses, 1 half dessert. Originality of the presentation here combines with uniqueness of the flavour, or flavours. Excellent route, you can feel the authenticity and quality of the ingredients, often chosen from local or certified producers, you can feel it and see it. And the menu is limited to the right amount, even with vegetarian options. I count? Perfect for the lived experience. And we'll be back

A causal discovery that has become a frequent confirmation. Truly a "gem" in the Castelli Romani restaurant scene. Congratulations to the owners and staff. Highly recommended! Nice place, courteous and knowledgeable staff. We chose the option of being able to combine the cocktails with the dishes... we liked it a lot, the desserts were not at the same level. We will happily return to try the rest of the menu.

We went for lunch on Christmas Day. The menu had therefore been prepared for that occasion. So, elegant and refined environment, courteous, competent and truly passionate staff about the work they do. The menu prepared for Christmas Day was of rare refinement, from the welcome cocktail to the sweets made by them, through to the various delicacies that made up the menu. Personally, due to the work I have done in the past, I believe I have a good knowledge, at an international level, of what a gala lunch should be like having taken part in the work at the European Commission and in all the capitals of the European Union. I must say that the overall management of the lunch and the dishes prepared would not have disfigured at all, on the contrary, if compared with the numerous official lunches in which I took part.
