A very elegant restaurant serving refined, unconventional cuisine. All the dishes we tried were of excellent quality and preparation. The bill was slightly higher than expected, but justified by the quality of the entire meal, from appetizer to dessert.

I went there for a business lunch and wanted to make a good impression... thank goodness I paid. The menu is reasonably varied and balanced, as is the wine selection. The dishes I tried (creamed cod on polenta crostini and spaghetti alla chitarra with backyard ragù) were pleasant, flavorful, and beautifully presented. However, I found the quantity served unacceptable, especially considering the price. You can't pay €23 for a "normal" first course and finish it in five small forkfuls. And I don't think it's fair to pay €5 for a standard table overlooking a street of parked cars in a nondescript residential neighborhood, nor to offer parsimonious glasses of less-than-sublime wine starting at €10. Lastly, the staff is friendly but very aloof. I wonder how a restaurant with these characteristics manages to survive. I don't think everyone in Milan is wealthy and anorexic.

The dishes are of the highest quality, both in terms of the ingredients, creativity, and presentation. Precisely because of the high quality of the dishes that make the restaurant renowned and refined, I suggest that the staff speak to customers in a lower voice, both for reasons of elegance and to encourage customers to keep the conversation more intimate. Another consideration: for tables located next to the kitchen, the noise of the kitchen door opener is annoying. Anyway, congratulations.

The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, even though the tables are quite close together and overlook the street (the dining room faces the windows). The service is courteous but dry, not particularly warm, and a bit inaccurate. Finally, the food is good and fun, though I found the menu not particularly imaginative. The wine list is excellent, though the markups (as is the city average) are exaggerated.

I really liked their interpretation of classical food from Piemonte. I come back! :) Only the 5 eur coperto is over the top.

Good restaurant in Milan, but the dishes sometimes lack a little something to enhance the flavor. Overall good but average value for money, and I realized (a little late) that I had been charged double the price for a glass of wine... The welcome was uneven depending on the staff.

I went to dinner for the first time during the week with friends and it was a wonderful experience. The quality of the food was very high, combined with precise and attentive service and the friendliness of all the staff. The location is original and I will definitely be back soon.

Both the lighting and use of space within the dining area are excellently thought about at Altrimenti. The food is what you would expect of local lombardian fare, cooked to perfection. The staff are shrewdly attentive, particularly the sommelier, who recommended us am exquisite, local orange wine. Great vibe in there. Highly recommend.

We booked Altri for a lunch for 14 people. They reserved a truly beautiful private room for us, and we ate wonderfully. The service was excellent; we were taken care of down to the smallest details. We'll be back!
