We went there for dinner, and I highly recommend making a reservation in advance! Some guests were turned away.
A historic ambiance. Young, dedicated, and friendly staff.
We had a real Wiener schnitzel and a venison burger. Both were delicious! The value for money was absolutely excellent. Highly recommended.

Today we're passing through Lake Garda on our way home and have just stopped off in Bressanone. Since it's 8:30 a.m., we're obviously feeling hungry. We searched around a bit in Bressanone and then came across the old slaughterhouse.
We opted for the mega breakfast buffet with fried eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh pancakes, avocado and tomato rolls, and then freshly squeezed carrot and ginger juice.
Top quality, and the service was very friendly, constantly checking whether everything was okay.
The building itself was known as a slaughterhouse until 1960 and now serves as a restaurant. The ambiance is quaintly rustic and very romantic. 🥰

Unfortunately, we only visited the old slaughterhouse on our last day of vacation, otherwise we would have definitely been there several times. Superb food, exceptionally friendly service, and a modern ambiance. We love it!

Incredibly delicious focaccia with roast beef, arugula, and parmesan: crispy and delicate with a matching remoulade sauce. Service, as always, super friendly.

Alles top, ein junges, gut gelauntes Team, das sich Zeit nimmt und für eine gute Stimmung sorgt. Unsere Bedienung , Ellen , kompetent, unkompliziert und sehr, sehr nett.
Auch in der Küche, die man einsehen kann, eine gute Atmosphäre.
Das Essen, die Bedienung und das Ambiente, einfach super. Jederzeit wieder .
