Staying at the Lasserhaus Hotel, we received vouchers for a welcome drink at Alter Schlachthof, but having come there for cocktails, we decided to stay for dinner. Stylish interior, relaxed atmosphere, wonderful staff and excellent food quality! We ordered beef tartar and risotto with truffle and shrimp. The tartare was excellent, but the risotto exceeded all expectations! If you are a lover of this dish, you should definitely try it here! 10 out of 10 and an absolute recommendation!

16/06/2025: Chalet Hartmann in Ortisei completely won us over. It’s a small, stylish boutique hotel with a ton of character. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing genuine hospitality that made a real difference. The complimentary breakfast was spot-on: great quality, plenty of variety, and a solid way to start the day. The location’s ideal too. It’s about a 15-minute walk into town, which we actually enjoyed - peaceful and with great views. If you're looking for a cozy, quiet spot with top-notch service and charm, this place delivers. We’ll absolutely be coming back.
19/04/2025: Very welcoming location. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. Exceptional rooms, wonderful chill area and self-service bar, super helpful and professional staff. Superb breakfast. We'll be back
