Super lekker gegeten! Erg uitgebreide kaart met verse ingredienten. De pasta is zelfgemaakt en het personeel en de kok zijn heel vriendelijk. Echt een aanrader! Probeer ook zeker de semifreddo!

Super delicious food! Very extensive menu with fresh ingredients. The pasta is homemade and the staff and the chef are very friendly. Really recommended! Also definitely try the semifreddo!

Attention...to all the pilgrims who are doing the Palermo Messina but also to the tourists passing through Caltavuturo, you absolutely must stop at this restaurant. A treasure chest of tastes and unique products will open up to you, expertly cultivated and cooked by the very talented Host. He welcomed me with warmth and passion explaining the processing of pasta with ancient grains, the mustard of his production, oil, Badda beans, in short, a unique experience. Not to mention the desserts with carob flour.

Discovered almost by chance after a visit to the fortress (truly beautiful, but little appreciated), this restaurant offers excellent quality food, chosen and cooked with skill. The craft beer prepared with local raw materials is also excellent. The homemade bread was also delicious!

02/06/2025: I absolutely recommend this place! Santa Cristina Gela is a beautiful small and beautifully situated village. There is not much to do, but the people are super friendly and the town has a nice atmosphere, also thanks to Albergo Belvedere! We stayed here after the first stage of the Magna Via Francigena and the owners Giovanni and Mimma welcomed us very warmly. Giovanni is also a good chef and we enjoyed both the delicious dinner and the energetic breakfast. This place completely recharged me to be able to complete the second tough stage of the Magna via. Giovanni and Mimma, it was very nice to meet you and thank you for the good energy during our Magna via. Grazie Mille !

Osteria Pantelleria cavalieri di malta

24/09/2025: Anna was fantastic taking care of us. Her suggestions from the menu were on point, we loved every single course, including the bruschetta with anchovies, burrata and fruit as well as our pasta dishes. Highly recommended!!
14/09/2025: A beautifully designed, sophisticated, and very unique venue on the ground floor of the former stables of Palazzo Pantelleria. We dined outside, enjoying raw fish dishes and busiate pasta with calamari and Trapani-style pesto, in the evocative atmosphere of Largo Cavalieri di Malta, where the Palazzo stands majestically, behind Piazza San Domenico. An experience to be repeated!!!
