AP is one of my favourite places when I'm in Poggibonsi. It's run by the super friendly Salvo and his lovely team. Conveniently located in the centre of town, they offer simple but delicious food and a great selection of wines. It's a popular spot with locals in the evenings so worth making a reservation, particularly at the weekend. They also have great WiFi, if like me, you need somewhere to sit and work for a few hours during the day. Grazie Salvo!
