Piatti meravigliosamente realizzati da Chef Tommaso Venuti al ristorante Almatò in Prati-Roma. Idee e fantasie culinarie perfettamente combinate grazie ad esperienza e conoscenza della materia prima. Piatti belli e squisiti, equilibrio perfetto. Bravi!

Warm and not too formal environment. We tried the 8-course proposal and bought a matching bottle. The menu is divided into two appetizers which we really liked as well as the two first courses, less impressed by the two second courses and the desserts even if the apple left us with a good memory.

Had the absolute best meal of my life here a bit over a year ago and I literally cannot stop thinking about it. Aside from being located in the most beautiful city, this restaurant has the friendliest staff and most wonderful tasting menu. Everything had a distinct flavor and absolutely blew me away (even courses I would not normally enjoy under normal circumstances). The focaccia is to die for. Also the thin stemmed wine glasses were life changing. Please go here if you want the best experience and meal of your life (well worth the pricing).

Excellent tasting menu with many nuances different tastes and variety of products. Very nice environment and helpful and proactive staff.

Very nice place, great service. The reason for the visit was my birthday. We reserved a table on the day of our visit. At the height of the evening there were only a couple of empty seats. The set menu is unique - we chose a set of four courses for 60 euros, which consisted of a compliment, parsnip with cheese cream, risotto with the aroma of smoked fish, stewed pork and apple dessert. The tastes are different, the products are obviously seasonal. Not everything was rated 100%, but the impression was very good! Tips are not included in the bill.

Food, service, and vibe were all top notch. This is one of our favorite restaurants in the world. We couldn't recommend it enough.

The tasting menu is not to be missed! While this may feel like a little bit of further from the center of Rome, Almato takes the best of Italian dishes and cooking and brings a contemporary spin. The food and flavors are amazing as is the staff and the chef who came out to greet me personally. I can't recommend this place enough--- it was out of this world!

I had dinner at Almatò a few weeks ago and I can say that the experience was truly memorable. The restaurant offers an affordable tasting menu, with options starting from €60 for 4 courses. The dishes are presented with care and of an excellent standard and represent a perfect combination of quality and simplicity of flavours The strong point is undoubtedly the service: the staff welcomed us with warmth and attention, making us feel like special customers. A special mention goes to Romolo, who represented the place at its best with impeccable service. Almatò is a restaurant that I highly recommend to those looking for a quality culinary experience. It is suitable for romantic or formal dinners, more generally. I certainly place it in my personal selection of the best restaurants in Rome.

Nel cuore pulsante di Roma, mi sono imbattuto in questo piccolo gioiello della ristorazione, un ristorante intimo con pochi posti a sedere, dove l'attenzione al dettaglio è palpabile sin dal primo istante. L'atmosfera è calda e accogliente, perfetta per chi cerca un'esperienza gastronomica di alto livello in un contesto raccolto e raffinato. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione, una decisione che si è rivelata più che felice. Ogni portata è stata una sorpresa per il palato, una dimostrazione di maestria culinaria da parte dello chef, che ha saputo coniugare tradizione e innovazione in piatti straordinari. Il servizio impeccabile ci ha guidato attraverso l'esperienza, con un abbinamento di vini eccellente, capace di esaltare ulteriormente i sapori e le sfumature di ogni piatto. Tra tutte le portate, il petto d’anatra ha brillato in modo particolare. La cottura era semplicemente perfetta, mantenendo la carne succosa e morbida, con una croccantezza esterna che aggiungeva una piacevole consistenza. Gli accostamenti proposti dallo chef, tanto audaci quanto geniali, hanno creato un equilibrio di sapori indimenticabile. Un luogo che consiglio vivamente a chi desidera concedersi un momento di pura delizia gastronomica nel cuore di Roma.
