A dream of a restaurant - everything you could wish for, the ambience, the quality of the ingredients, the service both in the summer in the garden and in the winter in the historic vaults of the Count of Pisa. Antonio has been cooking here for 15 years and not only classic Tuscan cuisine but also his own creations. Price performance is fantastic and you can blindly follow the wine recommendations without becoming poor. The Osteria All Ussero immediately became our regular restaurant, we look forward to every visit and seeing Antonio and his team again.

An excellent meal at Villa di Corliano. The service was just as exceptional as the food! Antonio was even so kind to help us get back to our accommodation. A must visit, we will be back!

I had the pleasure of working and collaborating with Antonio and his staff for Dalila and Federico's wedding. I can't say enough about it: everything was delicious, the staff were excellent both in terms of manners and professionalism, the staff were perfectly organised, the guys were tireless and ready for every need.

01/01/2025: The location is certainly suggestive but the value for money is too high. Two negative notes in particular: the wild boar ragù in the pappardelle was poor and the prices on the menu displayed outside are lower than the one presented inside
02/12/2024: Fantastic food, home made from A-Z, try the truffle parfait, a life-changing experience! Highly, really highly recommendable. And we have really visited a lot of restaurants over the past few years in this area.
