We discovered it in the Michelin Guide, and it absolutely lived up to our expectations. A top-notch restaurant in every way: excellent service, extremely kind and attentive staff, and top-quality dishes. Despite its traditional cuisine, each course is expressed with authentic, elegant, and refined flavors, showcasing the finest ingredients. There's really little more to say: a place I'll definitely book again as soon as I return to Bologna.

We had an ok dinner here. We had heard many good things about All’Osteria Bottega. We were really impressed with the atmosphere and the service but not so much with the food. We ordered the recommended dishes and were disappointed. It could be that our taste buds don’t align but overall we wouldn’t recommend.

The best restaurant in the center I've eaten at in the last 20 years. The owner takes orders, and he's super professional and friendly. The sommelier is excellent and very kind. They offer mainly Bolognese wines, and even though we ordered wine by the glass, they opened the bottle in front of me. Unmissable. The only high-end restaurant left in the center, given that many famous restaurants in Bologna have changed ownership and become tourist traps with poor food and terrible service. Reservations are required, but it's worth it.

06/01/2026: I go often and have never been disappointed by the quality of the food but above all by the kindness and skill of the staff, especially Laura who is always exceptional.

A historic establishment that has successfully reinvented itself, they offer both a traditional menu, featuring typical Bolognese dishes prepared according to tradition, and a more creative and imaginative seasonal selection, all delicious. With the first courses, they always serve a small, soft sandwich and a small bowl of vegetables. Water and a cover charge are included in the price of the main courses. The staff are very attentive and friendly, with prompt service. Takeaway is also available, as are fresh pasta, tortellini, lasagna, and other specialties, as well as traditional desserts.
