What can I say?
Our lovely AirBnB hosts recommended All'Osteria Bottega for my birthday and booked us a table.
The food was stunning (including rabbit terrine and baby pigeon cooked 'three ways') and the location just perfect.
I am torn between making it even more popular and wanting other people to experience their beautiful food and delightful service.
The menu changes with what is available so just make a booking and enjoy...

For the first time we were in this special place, made so by the attention, professionalism and extreme kindness of the owner and Marco, the collaborator who manages the room.
We were pampered for the entire duration of our dinner; starting from the excellent variety of bread (fantastic Bolognese focaccia), the tasting of delicious artisanal mortadella, the homemade tagliatelle with offal and ovarina which reminded me of my grandmother's cooking, the stuffed capon accompanied by mashed potatoes and the desserts where I recommend the amaretti pudding rather than the trifle because for personal taste I prefer the version with the presence of chocolate cream.
Bitters and biscuits offered to end a splendid evening.
We can't wait to return to try other dishes. With an excellent bottle of Sangiovese Riserva we spent €75 each, absolutely suitable for the quality found and the treatment received.
I really recommend trying Osteria Bottega!

Restaurant recommended on a travel app but results a bit mixed. The servers are very polite and friendly, however the lady much less so... the pasta al ragu is very good but small quantity. Conversely, the plate of 36-month Parma ham is very well served!

Non ho mai provato la cucina emiliana/bolognese autentica nella Città di Bologna e spulciando sul web ho scelto questo ristorante.
Scelta azzeccata.
Eccezionale la tagliatella fatta in casa con culatello tagliato a coltello.
Mix di sapori.
Superlativa la petroniana, mai assaggiata e curioso di vedere com'era.
Peccato non aver assaggiato la zuppa inglese

A restaurant with an intimate atmosphere and very friendly staff.
The menu features traditional dishes and high-quality regional and seasonal products. The stuffed ravioli and guinea fowl are truly special.

Este restaurante estaba situado por un pequeño carril de la carretera principal. Pensamos que estaba cerrado, ya que toda la zona parecía extremadamente tranquila en marzo. Sin embargo, una vez que entramos en el restaurante, encontramos que estaba casi lleno y apenas logramos sentarnos en una mesa, la última. La comida era buena, el servicio era bueno a pesar de la gran cantidad de huéspedes.
