The service is attentive and punctual, and made the time fly by. The dishes we ate were truly excellent! The fresh pasta dishes are simply breathtaking, generously portioned and flavorful. The tagliatella with porcini mushrooms is one of the best I've ever had. And the tagliata we ordered was also truly succulent. Verdict: A true spectacle in every way: food, location, and service. We booked for dinner on August 15th. The place is very charming, and the terrace where you eat is surrounded by greenery. We ordered an appetizer of Piacenza cured meats for two to share, a plate of Pisarei and faśö, a fillet, and grilled lamb chops. Everything was very good, nothing to complain about. The only downside was that we asked for the fillet medium rare; when it arrived the first time, it was practically raw inside. We reported this and it was put back on the grill, but the second time it was cooked even worse. Fortunately, it was grilled and brought to the table, and when we cut it, it continued to cook. Despite this small inconvenience, the dinner was excellent. I recommend the place because it's worth it!

We went for lunch, and the appetizers were varied and generous, including cured meats with fried gnocco, caramelized onions, green beans, Russian salad, and breaded porcini mushrooms. The first course wasn't up to par: the tagliolini with truffle was too buttery, covering the truffle flavor and making it feel heavy. We made up for it with dessert; the sbrisolona, freshly baked that day, was truly delicious.

The view of the valley from the outdoor tables is worth the experience alone, especially when you add the delicious food... highly recommended! The meat is excellent!

Everything was great, the 800g rare ribeye steak was excellent. The fresh vegetables were also good, I imagine from their own garden.
