Giving excellence is impossible... for two reasons, one that it is not stimulating to improve and two not everything can be perfect during the service directly or indirectly... The platter of fish cured meats is pleasant, the accompanying jams are very good... the very delicate creamed cod stick... the grilled dry-aged fish is very tender and tasty... The tartare made in a truly unique way, perhaps a little less sugar and it would be perfect to my taste... Not to mention the homemade bread... I tell you what to do... if I had a baker at home who made them I would leave my salary... The location is very nice, elegant and tasteful... A small flaw for the mise en place... given that not only the tablecloth, I would have preferred to have something to place the cutlery on... and then the lighting of the room would also need to be looked at... Particular praise goes to Emilio who explained the menu to us impeccably, a truly knowledgeable guy and you can sense his passion in the work he does... the other guys are also good but obviously given their young age they certainly need to improve... Erica is also very kind and friendly.. Obviously congratulations also to all the kitchen staff... It's wonderful to see young people who are so committed to catering 👍

Being the first in Milan to experiment with this technique, the restaurant stands out not only for innovation, but also for quality and hospitality. Maturing the fish, which may seem like an unusual practice for those used to fresh fish, turns out to be an unexpected surprise. The dishes offered enhance the flavors in a surprising way! We experienced the most complete tasting and were advised on a good wine pairing. All absolutely delicious. I won't reveal any secrets with photographs of the dishes offered but you can certainly see the satisfaction.
