A very pleasant evening for two, the restaurant was welcoming, clean, and well-maintained, with tables inside and outside on a romantic terrace. The specialty is dry-aged fish, with delicious, flavorful dishes, carefully prepared and explained by the staff. The welcome was exceptional, and the staff were attentive, helpful, and available. Prices are reasonable. Reservations recommended.

The restaurant offers an interesting concept with dry-aged fish and a particular focus on the raw ingredients. The appetizers are truly excellent, carefully prepared, and rich in flavor. The main course, however—especially the fried fish cheek—proved rather heavy and difficult to digest, falling a bit short of expectations. The wine list is rather limited and above-average. A very positive note is given to the staff: extremely kind, attentive, and welcoming. Overall, an experience with original ideas, made especially pleasant by the quality of the service, although there is still room for improvement in the food and wine selection.

I was very curious to try the dry-aged fish, and from the very beginning, the experience was worth it.
The flavor is very unique, perhaps not for everyone, but in my opinion it's worth a try.
We tried the dry-aged raw meagre with citrus dressing (a very well-balanced combination, with the orange softening the fish's bold flavor), the swordfish prosciutto with stracciatella and grilled apricot (excellent), the grilled gnocchi with dry-aged raw meagre, and the grilled sea bass with glazed artichoke.
The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable, and enthusiastically explains the dishes.
The atmosphere is very charming, especially the terrace, well-lit and romantic.
The live music was a real plus!

I've lived in Milan for so many years, and on August 17th I celebrated my 21st wedding anniversary. It was 3 years ago with our son. For the special occasion, I looked for a special place and voilà!!! "Who seeks, finds" they say 😀. We went to this super chic yet cozy and spectacular restaurant. This girl greeted us with a very pleasant smile, graciously seated us, and we already knew we would choose the "Frollatura del pesce" tasting menu, a super TOP. The dishes were tastier than the next, all exquisite, with strong yet delicate flavors, worth what we paid. The dessert gives you the final touch, refreshing your entire palate. I honestly felt like that day. SPECIAL AND UNIQUE IN EVERY ASPECT. I will definitely return 💯👌

Yesterday, my wife and 12-year-old son and I went to All'Origine for lunch, and we were absolutely thrilled. This restaurant, the first in Milan to offer dry-aged fish, truly offers an extraordinary experience.
We chose two tasting menus featuring dry-aged fish: each course was a small discovery, with intense flavors, soft textures, and bold marine notes. The dedication to technique, time, and temperature is evident, transforming the fish into something extraordinary.
For our son, we opted for à la carte dishes: perfect for a youngster, balanced and tasty, without sacrificing quality. The setting is intimate and refined, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes lunch even more enjoyable.

Ristorante di pesce originale e innovativo con ottime materie prime e piatti gustosi, non banali, location perfetta e terrazza rara a Milano, con vista sul verde, ottima per cena romantica o anniversari. Personale molto attento e generoso di spiegazioni su menu’ e materie prime. Ottimi dolci e pane fatti in casa. Prezzi in linea con la tipologia pesce, dunque medio-alti ma non esagerati. Esperienza da ripetere.
