All'Inferno dal 1905 In La spezia

I don't know if this place needs reviews or not. But anyway, this is mine. This is Italy... This place still represents Italy... and that's the greatest luxury... Generous, exquisite, fast dishes, without paying too much attention to form; here, the emphasis is on substance. And that's what this country was made of... SUBSTANCE. The service is perhaps just a touch rude, and a little too distant from the customer. Typical of such a busy place. The waiters tend to be tired and unappreciative of the huge number of customers they serve. They take it for granted. So maybe this is the only thing I would fix if the place were mine. But other than that, I hope you stay open for another 100 years, representing this country ❤️

It was recommended to me, and I booked it without hesitation from Spain! Everything was great, the staff was super attentive, and the quality was incredibly affordable. The restaurant is beautiful! We all loved it.

Intrigued by the positive reviews, I stopped at this lovely osteria in the heart of La Spezia. It fully met my expectations; the food was delicious and the service was friendly. I'll be back as soon as I can to try other specialties.

A truly wonderful experience. We went there on our first night and ate there for the next 5 nights. Highly recommended. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food was good and the products were high quality.

Recibí una recomendación y vinimos a hacer una reserva tardía. Nos designaron una mesa interior, que funcionó bien como lo estábamos entonces con todos los lugareños. El servicio y la atención que recibimos fue de primera clase. Ambos comimos los raviolis rellenos de mejillones y fue un plato absolutamente increíble - los sabores eran excepcionales. Segundo plato tuve el cerdo con patatas - se veía soso y los sabores estaban bien. Un solo tiramisú redondeó la noche y me alegro de que el camarero proporcionara una cuchara extra. 😁 La experiencia total y el costo cumplieron con nuestras expectativas y lo recomendaríamos a otros viajeros.

Veniamo a Spezia con l’idea di provare questa antica e rinomata osteria. Prenotato giorni prima, apre alle 19.30 in punto e c’è già la coda fuori. Si scende, soffitti bassi, nessuna finestra e tavoli spartani. Impossibile andare nell’unico bagno perché c’è già una signora e dice che lo scarico non funziona; dubito si sia guastato stasera. Un locale senza bagno funzionante è impensabile. Dal menù scegliamo un antipasto misto mare e uno di salumi e formaggi che arrivano subito; poi delle tagliatelle al pesto molto buone, un carpaccio di pesce, vino e acqua, conto sotto ai 30 euro a testa. Osteria aperta dal 1905, sul loro sito scrivono che “da allora poco o niente è cambiato e scendere i pochi gradini che portano all'entrata equivale a fare un salto nel tempo”… d’accordo il salto nel tempo ma almeno il bagno ci si aspetterebbe di trovarlo adeguato ai tempi!
