I've been there several times, and the food has always been excellent and the portions generous. The atmosphere is very relaxed; the continuous hours are convenient for eating at unusual times.

The restaurant is welcoming, nestled in a beautiful setting, a perfectly reconstructed town with a charm of times gone by... a dive into the Middle Ages... The staff are friendly and helpful. The only flaw is the service, which is a bit too fast... the timing for a dinner is different from the workers' menu. It's also nice to wait a moment and enjoy the peace of an intimate dinner... Since I'm in the mood for offering advice, The tartar was really good, but perhaps the dish could have been presented a little better... a little butter or something else to enhance the excellent meat a bit.

I stopped at Al Scagliere in Venzone in a bit of a rush, looking for something quick and warm to eat. I chose the Triade di Venzone — pasta made with a trio of semi-whole ancient grains — served with braised red radicchio and sausage. The dish was tasty and well balanced; the radicchio gave a slightly bitter note, which actually worked well with the overall flavor. In my opinion, it would have been perfect with a bit of Parmesan on top. The place is clean, the service is decent, and overall it’s a good option if you’re passing through and want a simple, comforting meal without spending too much time.

Honest, home-style cooking at very reasonable prices in a somewhat bare, small dining room with, unfortunately, not very comfortable chairs. The service was quick, multilingual, and very friendly and helpful. If you want to enjoy delicious, traditional food without any fuss, this is the place for you. We'll definitely be back!

As soon as we walk in, we're greeted by a bright, sincere smile from the girl behind the counter, who immediately shows us to our table. The place is small but very bright and clean, with subtle Christmas decorations. The waitress always maintains a friendly, calm tone of voice, attentive, and helpful. The menu features excellent ingredients and artisanal pasta; the dishes are generous and taste good. The desserts are excellent. Prices are reasonable. Definitely recommended.

A quiet place with super friendly staff. We really liked the fact that it's open all day; I think it will become our "safe haven." We ate very well, and there was a varied menu.
