An extremely pleasant evening spent with my dad. Everything was excellent, with a special mention for the tortellini broth and the sublime fried cream (never tasted so good in over 40 years). The place is welcoming and the staff are very helpful. There's a good selection of wines. If I really had to offer one piece of advice, I'd update the decor (upholstery/furnishings) and the bathrooms (which are otherwise very clean). I'll definitely be back to try the outdoor seating area as soon as the weather is nice.

I went to Trattoria Ummarel and had a wonderful meal! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, a typical Bolognese trattoria where you immediately feel at home.
The dishes were truly exceptional: fresh homemade pasta, authentic flavors, and generous portions. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation.
The staff was kind, attentive, and always smiling, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic traditional cuisine in a family-friendly atmosphere. I'll definitely be back! 🍝✨

We had an appetizer of crescentine and cured meats, a first course, and dessert. I found the portions to be just right, but... my stuffed pasta was well-seasoned with plenty of porcini mushrooms... but the mortadella filling was a bit thin!
I didn't like the table setting at the glass table we were sitting at: I missed a tablecloth, even a small one, on which to place our cutlery and glasses. The dessert was expensive for the quality and quantity: good but not particularly sophisticated, and the portions were normal. Suitable for those seeking a refined experience, but for those seeking a full meal, the bill could be higher.

The hospitality and quality are impeccable. I've had lunch there more than once while traveling from north to south, and the food is always excellent.
