It was a very pleasant surprise to arrive at this place so rich in history, where I was welcomed by the very kind staff and I was able to taste some delicious traditional local recipes.

Dishes with refined combinations but with quality and genuine raw materials, all the staff very helpful, kind and smiling. The owners who helped the employees and worked as hard as the employees to carry on the service, is not often seen in other realities.
Suggestive environment full of period furnishings. We relive the succession of centuries and historical eras through the history of their family.
The only flaw is the intense smoke from the embers that makes your eyes water when too much meat is grilled on top while you're having lunch.
I will be back to try other dishes that intrigued me.

Traditional family-run restaurant. An institution in Udine. The entire menu is solidly traditional, but the local specialty is grilled meat (the chicken in particular is worth trying). Always a guarantee.

I love this restaurant. Magical atmosphere in a rustic but very elegant environment. You can breathe history, tradition, the warmth of a family management that leaves nothing to chance, but takes care of every little detail. The antique furniture, the copper hanging as per the Friulian tradition, the octagonal hearth in the center of the main room, tell the long history of this restaurant that I love to choose for important occasions (birthdays and family celebrations), but also for dinners with friends /friends. The cuisine is superb. The very kind owners, in particular Mrs. Sandra, all the attentive but discreet staff. Score 10 cum laude

Ottimo pranzo tipico con prodotti locali. Il locale è bello, ricco di "storia" anche se avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata e di un servizio migliore e meno affrettato. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque buono e l'ampio parcheggio esterno lo rendono una scelta azzeccata poco fuori il centro di Udine
