I love this restaurant. Magical atmosphere in a rustic but very elegant setting. You can breathe history, tradition, the warmth of a family management that leaves nothing to chance, but takes care of every little detail. The antique furniture, the copper hanging as per the Friulian tradition, the octagonal hearth in the center of the main room, tell the long history of this restaurant that I love to choose for important occasions (birthdays and family celebrations), but also for dinners with friends /friends. The cuisine is superb. The very kind owners, in particular Mrs. Sandra, all the attentive but discreet staff. Score 10 cum laude

Excellent food, exceptional chicken dinner

I've wanted to go to dinner for years and finally went there for an anniversary. Typically Friulian place with waiters dressed in theme (very welcome) we are welcomed by a focaccia with very good olive oil, excellent chicken, tender and tasty fillet, also good appetizers with goose crostini, excellent desserts, kindness and professionalism in service. Adequate price

This traditional Udinese osteria feels like stepping into another era. The atmosphere is enchanting, with exceptional food, wine, and a well-curated menu. The service was great, and the bill perfectly matched the quality of the experience. A true gem in Udine!

Ritornato in questo tradizionale locale dopo molti anni. Piacevole ritrovare l’ambiente con solide tradizioni. Servizio impeccabile e sempre molto professionale. Mangiato i tagliolini con tartufo. Ottimi. Se da un lato il profumo della griglia del caminetto fa tradizione e “casa”, dall’altro può contrastare con le pietanze che non hanno relazione con la griglia.

We went to this tavern on Saturday for lunch, 4 couples. We took 4 flans, 2 fridges, 1 tartare, raw ham, salami and cheeses as appetizers, then 2 first courses and 4 grilled dishes. 4 side dishes. 5 desserts and coffee. 2 bottles of wine. Everything was good, especially the starters. In the end 60 euros each, but we really took several things. Very nice place, excellent service. One of the best restaurants I tried in Udine

Ottimo pranzo tipico con prodotti locali. Il locale è bello, ricco di "storia" anche se avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata e di un servizio migliore e meno affrettato. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque buono e l'ampio parcheggio esterno lo rendono una scelta azzeccata poco fuori il centro di Udine
