Alla Toscana is an authentic place, where they make, in my opinion, the most underrated pizza by the slice in Milan. The farinata is a good way to start. I found it tasty, but a flaw is the fact that I think it was heated in the microwave and not in a wood oven. The prices are excellent. The location, however, could be improved. Let's hope that such authentic places are preserved, with owners on site, ready to get their hands dirty and have a really welcome chat about the history of pizza by the slice in Milan.
