Very nice experience at Othello, adorable servers and excellent pizza!

We were recommended this restaurant by a local although the food was nice and service was quick, there were a few issues. Firstly we asked for tap water and they brought bottled water and proceeded to charge us €4 for a small bottle. Likewise, asked for Diet Coke and they brought out coca-cola. €6 for Coca Cola and €7 for orange juice was just too much. They also brought out bread, which we did not touch but charged €6. Obviously this is a touristy area but generally disappointed and can definitely find better restaurants in the area.

Excellent historic restaurant in a small piazza right off the Spanish steps. Wonderful outdoor seating without feeling like you’re in the middle of a busy street. Great food, wonderful service, friendly staff. Perfect Roman vibes. Highly recommend!

Address that we saw running. We arrive, the waiter tells us that he will seat us in the garden and finally seats us in front of the door in the middle… why?? It was good but nothing more. We had two bruschettas. For €12 each we expect a larger portion. 6€ for a small slice… and 6€ for two cokes, so it still came to 30€… expensive! No consideration when paying (no thank you, goodbye or even a look…). Restaurant that I do not particularly recommend.

we were 6 people (family). We stayed very well. it was a shame not to have places in the garden. very helpful and friendly staff. good prices. you eat well. We'll be back!

Walking around our first night in Rome, we stumble upon this fine restaurant. We sensed good vibes and noticed a lot of customers speaking Italian. We were very cordially greeted and catered to immediately. The menu was interesting and varied as well as offering some interesting specials of the day. The Fried zucchini flowers were spectacular as well as the Pinsa with prosciutto, cheese and figs. Our pasta dishes were cooked to perfection. Carbonara, Amatriciana ,and Ravioli were all delicious. Their sauces were excellently balanced and evenly coated the pasta without drowning it. Perfection. The lamb chops with chicory were delicious as well . We added them on at the last minute and were thankful we did. The waiters and staff make you feel welcome and relaxed. They are attentive, professional, and friendly. Wine suggestions were appreciated and spot on. I can’t recommend Otello enough. I am certain we’ll be back. Grazie mille! You gave my family a great first night in Rome.

Not even the ladies' bathroom was clean. common pizzeria and restaurant. It doesn't stand out at all.

Normal prices in Rome but inadequate quantities. Wines served not at the right temperature and one glass was not good but they made us pay for it anyway. The 1 star bathroom. With a little more attention they could have 5 stars. For now 3.5.
