Mi avevano parlato di questa pinsa con lievitazione 72h ma, scettica visto la maggior parte delle pizzerie nei dintorni. Luogo piccolo con pochissimi tavoli ma, io da romana posso confermare che è la VERA PINSA, leggerissima, crunchy, con buoni ingredienti. La prossima volta la prenderò da asporto anche. Sui prezzi più che onesti, una semplice Margherita sono 6.50€ (evento ormai raro), quelle più particolari una media di 9/10€. Birre artigianali in bottiglia. Ve la stra consiglio! Bravi!

In this place they make a delicious pinsa: fragrant and well honeycombed, it turns out very digestible. You can feel the quality of the ingredients used both for the dough and for the fillings with well-balanced combinations. I absolutely recommend it
