Definitely a recommended stop. Delicate and well-prepared food, affordable prices, a family atmosphere with polite and non-invasive service. I'd go back tomorrow.

A historic trattoria with a warm, family atmosphere and sophisticated, relaxing background music that takes you on an excellent culinary journey. The mixed antipasto is top-notch, and the spaghetti alla busara is top-notch. Tommaso, the perfect host, is the real asset of his establishment.

Outstanding. I've always driven past but never had the chance to stop. This evening I wanted to stay in Venice longer to have dinner here. What can I say, it was worth it. A dated place with a unique elegance, cozy, welcoming, and warm... it feels like diving into a timeless past. The owner is welcoming, helpful, kind, down-to-earth, and friendly. He explains the specialties and preparation of certain dishes. He does it with passion and love. The staff is organized and always genuinely smiling. The freshly made mozzarella in carrozza... sublime. The risotto with gò (a special fish from our area) is a unique delicacy. Spaghetti with squid ink and caparossoli are amazing. It will be our stop for the end of our days in Venice... 04-01-26 returned and... I reconfirm the above.

Brilliant character owner he is hilarious loves a good time and a drink 😂 which reflects on the place being a character gorgeous old place on the inside. Best interior place in venice on the inside feels like your in the godfather movie 😂 food not bad either! Best place we been in venice for sure as the food isn't great in venice!

We paid 118 euros for bad food. :( The 3 stars I am giving is for the staff that were nice to us, and the fact that they served us in the evening of 24th of December. The seafood spaghetti and the tiramisu were ok. The cod with cream, seafood platter, and the garden salad were not worth it.

The staff were very pleasant and the setting was lovely, but the price wasn't worth the meal; the pasta with mussels we ordered wasn't fresh enough :(

The best spaghetti with squid ink I've ever had (and I know what I'm talking about), preceded by fresh, flavorful mussels and clams. A rustic, traditional atmosphere in a charming little building (hence the name). Excellent location, friendly service. One of the best restaurants in Venice.
