Alla Mora al gelso bianco In Savignano sul panaro

My husband and I stayed here for one night, very nice and spacious room, excellent restaurant and very kind guy during dinner. We had a good time but unfortunately I don't give the maximum stars because during the night the room next door made a lot of noise, there was no one in the facility to contact even in case of emergency, we called the mobile number twice and in the end left a WhatsApp message which was only read by the facility the next morning and not even receiving a reply to that message pretending nothing had happened. Unfortunately my husband had to go and knock on the room and ask to make less noise considering it was after midnight.

Very positive experience in this hotel. Beautiful room, top jacuzzi, top service and breakfast, we had a great time :)

Need more attention to detail in the rooms.

We stayed in this property for only 1 night, the room was very nice and the Italian breakfast was excellent. The only flaw is that I was not informed on the phone, when booking, even though I had specified that a small dog was traveling with us, that there was a supplement. For the rest everything went well

As per description. Everything was perfect, from the breathtaking rooms (with double jacuzzi tub) to the breakfast. Total relaxation.

Gelso Bianco-where luxury meets laid-back charm, and the showers could double as alien technology. We stayed in not one, but two rooms. First, the lovely Luisa: charming, cozy, and home to the shower that NASA may want back. You'd better be ready for an instructional lesson here. My husband adored it, happily playing intergalactic shower pilot while I watched him experiment with buttons and levers, possibly trying to communicate with Mars. 😅 Then there's Gelso-the room. Let's just say, Luisa is cute, but Gelso is her fabulous, more spacious older sister. The bathtub in Gelso? Not saying it's what lured us there, but it didn't hurt. 😝 Now, on to the real star: the food! Upon arrival we mentioned about being hungry and the owner surprised us with snacks and a refreshing lack of culinary ego: "I don't know how to cook, but I know where everything is in the kitchen." And they know how to stock the kitchen for dinner, because everything that came out of that kitchen was, in a word, fantastic. Special shoutout to Mario-the young server on his path to becoming a sommelier. This guy is a walking encyclopedia of wine, which he charmingly used to get us tipsy by the first half of dinner (we asked for it). His passion for wine made our tastebuds (and heads) buzz with excitement. Disclaimer: don’t eat the bread - it’s a trap! It is so amazing you just keep eating it and that leaves little or no place for the actual main course. 😬 If you're looking for a countryside escape with quirky charm, unforgettable food, and a young sommelier who could make a glass of water feel like a tasting experience, Gelso Bianco Country Resort is the spot. Just bring your sense of adventure (and maybe a manual for that shower).

We took the "Mora" room on the ground floor for one night with a view of the garden and swimming pool, a very clean and super-equipped room, with a hydromassage tub for two people next to the bed and a shower equipped with everything (we didn't use it) for one night highly recommended pair.

Very helpful host. Very good room. WiFi first class
