I give Alla Modina a very positive review because, in addition to the menu featuring some unusual vegan/vegetarian options and the simple yet elegant decor, the kindness of the owner Claudia and her daughter makes the experience truly pleasant and relaxing. A special mention goes to the amazing vegan almond crème brûlé!

Beautiful restaurant located in an area near Ivrea, traditional menu with some nice reinterpretations. Kind and helpful staff. Prices are normal. If you take the menu with 28 euros excluding drinks it is an excellent compromise. Otherwise à la carte menu

Lunch stop in the direction of Lake Sirio.
We had a very good lunch, sitting in the cool of a covered terrace, with a glass of white wine.
Very discreet and courteous service.

I went for lunch recently. It's called a trattoria but the prices are like a restaurant, I found it expensive. That day I was unlucky with the ajucche soup, which in my opinion is not soup, because it was dry, too salty. The service was definitely homely and we were neglected even though it wasn't crowded. It was an experience.

Alla Modina is a true haven of peace surrounded by greenery, perfect for those who want to get away from the suffocating heat of the plains. We ate on the terrace, surrounded by nature and fresh air, a real panacea on summer days. Simple but good food, relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Ideal for lunches or dinners outdoors in total relaxation!

Welcoming with a smile, willing to eat... just a stone's throw from home. Eaten for lunch, choice of composing the dish (trio, only first course, second course and side dish, dessert) for a quick lunch is the perfect and cheap place... recommended 💯💯💯

Siamo stati alla modina per San Valentino! La modina è sempre una certezza con Claudia da fare da padrona.. molto competente e premurosa.. torneremo sicuramente a provare il menù alla carta 🥰
