We booked by phone an hour before dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming and very pleasant, with a spacious indoor dining room and an outdoor terrace in the back. Private parking is available in the courtyard along the street. Excellent Piedmontese cuisine, good prices, and the option of a menu combination with a choice of dishes from the menu, all at a great price. Special mention goes to the attentive and friendly service. Highly recommended.

An excellent restaurant just outside Ivrea and near the Via Francigena, we discovered it by chance when we didn't want to settle for a sandwich at a rest stop. We'd also recommend it to anyone traveling along the A5 motorway and wanting to take a few extra minutes for a leisurely lunch. The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, with a lovely terrace overlooking the surrounding woods. The quality/price ratio is truly excellent, even for those who, like us, opt for the à la carte option (during the week, a daily menu is usually available for around €12). The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and the owner are top-notch.
We definitely enjoyed it.

I give Alla Modina a very positive review because, in addition to the menu featuring some unusual vegan/vegetarian options and the simple yet elegant decor, the kindness of the owner Claudia and her daughter makes the experience truly pleasant and relaxing. A special mention goes to the amazing vegan almond crème brûlé!

Beautiful restaurant located in an area near Ivrea, traditional menu with some nice reinterpretations. Kind and helpful staff. Prices are normal. If you take the menu with 28 euros excluding drinks it is an excellent compromise. Otherwise à la carte menu

Lunch stop in the direction of Lake Sirio.
We had a very good lunch, sitting in the cool of a covered terrace, with a glass of white wine.
