On holiday for a few days in Ivrea, on the first evening we stumbled upon Alla Modina by chance. It was truly a beautiful experience: we felt welcomed and pampered both by the attentive and warm service and by the delicious cuisine. Since we also managed a small "km0" business, we immediately identified with the philosophy of the place and of those who run it. Update: After the first experience in 2022 with my daughter, returning from a short stay in Val d'Aosta, I also brought my husband to Alla Modina.
