24/12/2024: We stumbled upon it by chance, but Calaluna turned out to be a real treasure! The place is spotless, elegant and super welcoming, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Despite a last minute booking, they found us a table straight away and looked after us and the children with great attention.
Appetizers:
The octopus is very tender, the seafood salad is very fresh and the swordfish rolls are a masterpiece: simple but delicious, with a delicate tomato sauce and freshly fried aubergines. An explosion of flavors that won us over immediately.
First courses:
The fregola with seafood is sublime: the fregola is cooked to perfection, the fish extremely fresh, with scampi that melt in your mouth and very soft calamari, a sign of quality and freshness.
Desserts and wines:
The seadas are magnificent, accompanied by both young and mature Sardinian pecorino that left us breathless.
The wine list was also excellent, with a Vermentino Karmis which perfectly enhanced the dishes.
Service and prices:
The service is fast, professional and attentive. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered, making the experience extremely advantageous.
Conclusion:
We arrived by chance, but we will definitely be back! CalaLuna is a restaurant that combines excellence, tradition and hospitality. If you love fresh fish and Sardinian cuisine, you can't miss it.
