The first courses were excellent but modest; a little more wouldn't hurt. The side dishes could be reconsidered; I wasn't entirely satisfied. The meat and scamorza cheese were of high quality.

Second time at "Alla Fontana"... and once again everything was simply perfect!
Excellent food, attentive and professional service, and a refined atmosphere. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and manages to maintain composure even in moments of maximum stress: a true team!
And then there's him... the dad 😍, full of enthusiasm, always ready to help...
A figure who adds heart and authenticity to an already special place.
Congratulations to everyone. The passion is evident. Highly recommended!

I went there for lunch; it's a really nice little place near the obelisk square. We had fettuccine with wild boar ragù and chitarrina with asparagus and bacon, both spectacular to say the least.
The service was fast and the atmosphere was lovely; we sat at the outside tables, but the inside dining room is beautiful.
I'm not from Tagliacozzo, but if I were to come back here, I would definitely return to this restaurant.

I had dinner last night with my husband. The atmosphere was well-maintained, quiet, and welcoming. The dining room staff were friendly and never intrusive. I think the owner/chef was available to describe the dishes with passion. The appetizer was a selection of cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by three jams that paired perfectly with the mature and semi-mature cheeses on offer. The first course was fettuccine with asparagus (creamed asparagus), guanciale, and blue cheese. The heifer rump carpaccio was noteworthy, but truly deserves an A+. A delight for the palate, the quality of the meat was excellent, seasoned to perfection. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

This place is simply extraordinary: more than a dinner, it's a true culinary journey, a journey that ignites all the senses. As a great lover of raw meat, I can only compliment the owner, a person of rare expertise and passion, capable of transforming every detail into something unique. The presentation and explanation of the dishes become an integral part of the experience, a true immersion in good taste.

I'm sorry, but we didn't have a great time... the ravioli had very little sauce, the cured meats in the appetizer still had their skins on, the lamb was tough, and the potatoes were tasteless... the wait times were insane! I'm still giving it three stars because the steaks were good and the waitress was very kind.

He doesn't accept dogs and he's even sarcastic. I respect his wishes, but not the gratuitous comments. I definitely didn't eat there because you didn't let me. It happened in May/June 2024. I asked you that I'd be happy to eat at a table outside so as not to cause problems with the small dog. Do you remember now?
