Serena in the kitchen and Francesco in the dining room are the beating heart of this place: the passion with which they carry out their project can be perceived in every detail. The dishes are carefully prepared, original and always made with the freshest ingredients. Fish is the absolute protagonist, with proposals that surprise for their taste and refinement - from tempura oysters to Catalan shellfish, to fried mixed seafood, everything is impeccable. The meats also deserve a special mention: tagliatelle with ossobuco ragù, lamb cooked to perfection and meat tartare that melt in the mouth. The first courses are also excellent, such as the truffle risotto, balanced and fragrant. The wine list, extensive and well-selected, is expertly managed by Francesco, always ready to recommend the right pairing with grace and professionalism. The environment is modern and welcoming, with a refined industrial style and an open kitchen that enhances transparency and quality. Ultimately, Osteria FraSe is much more than just a restaurant: it is an experience that pampers the senses and leaves the desire to return.
