We tried the pistachio panettone, and it was in another league. The first courses are superb. The combination of Roman and Emilian cuisine works in every dish. Our preference is for the Roman one.

Elide and all the staff are super kind and welcoming, the food is always good from the first courses to the desserts, we go every week with a super amateur basketball group, every time we are always more than happy!!!

The restaurant is quite simple, with a menu focused on first courses and meat dishes. We tried two tortellini dishes: the broth was quite delicate, while the porcini mushrooms were an explosion of flavor. We particularly enjoyed the cream puffs, beautifully filled with delicious creams! The service is a bit haphazard and slow, and the prices for the first courses are a bit high for the quality.

The owner is very kind, and the service was excellent. We had lunch with Bolognese and Roman specialties, as her husband is from Rome. Everything was truly delicious.

Trattoria del Volo a Vela l'Accademia del Cacio e Pepe

25/01/2026: Lunch for 15 people with a set menu consisting of an appetizer (crostini with bacon), which were very good, though overly salty. A second course (spaghetti alla carbonara) was very popular. I didn't like the mezze maniche alla Matriciana, and the second course (porchetta di Ariccia with fennel) was a real disappointment! The pecorino cheese covered the flavor of everything else in every dish. The service wasn't excellent, but it wasn't bad either. The decision not to have a house wine or even a bottle, in my opinion, penalizes the customer, who is forced to buy a bottle and thus raises the final price of the already expensive meal. The set price for the menu was €40 per person, excluding drinks. We paid €55 each, including coffee, liqueurs, and various grappas. The final price didn't live up to the expectations for the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing, but the atmosphere was a bit too warm inside. My final verdict is neither good nor bad.
22/01/2026: Excellent Roman cuisine restaurant. Prices aren't particularly cheap, but every dish is high-quality, so the value is definitely worth it. Not only is the Roman cuisine excellent, but the quality of the food and desserts is also very good.

Trattoria Enoteca Magna e Bevi

07/12/2025: A restaurant that seems to have come straight out of the Michelin Guide: amazing truffle dishes, truffle eggs to die for, and game (wild boar and deer) cooked to perfection. The quality-price ratio is incredible, almost rare to find today. But what makes this place unique is the genuine love that mother and daughter, cook, and waitress, put in: attention, smiles, and a passion you can feel in every dish. A true gem waiting to be discovered.
03/12/2025: The service was impeccable! The girls were knowledgeable and very friendly, the food was excellent quality and made with excellent local products! I will definitely be back!!
