I purchased a "surprise bag" from this restaurant, Alice Pizza, with skepticism based on the reviews I'd read before me here on Google Maps. I must say that what I'd read—namely, the staff's lack of politeness—was completely absent. At 9:00 PM (and therefore after a stressful day for the staff), they greeted me, assisted me, and dismissed me with extreme politeness and delicacy. As for the food, I found it exquisite and flawless. I don't dare judge previous customer reviews, but perhaps sometimes you can be more flexible and humane; if you expect a certain standard of "being served" (an expression I detest, given that colonialism is well and truly over) and revered, there are Michelin-starred restaurants where you have to sell your own kidneys and mortgage those of your entire family down to the tenth generation just for the air you breathe. If you want to avoid annoying customers, I recommend going in the evening so as not to ruin your meal.

The food is good but the service is terrible to say the least. I'm in line and the ladies at the counter take no less than 4 minutes minimum per person but even if someone just asks for a supplì. They talk to each other as if they were at the park. And they also treat the customers with an air of condescension. Anyway, I had about ten people in front of me, more than 20 minutes have passed and it's still not my turn. A customer was told the wrong amount, she gave her what was asked for and was accused of being smart..... too bad that while she was telling her the price she was still chatting with her colleague and I confirm that she said it wrong....

As good as the entire Alice chain. A little expensive.
