I purchased a "surprise bag" from this restaurant, Alice Pizza, with skepticism based on the reviews I'd read before me here on Google Maps. I must say that what I'd read—namely, the staff's lack of politeness—was completely absent. At 9:00 PM (and therefore after a stressful day for the staff), they greeted me, assisted me, and dismissed me with extreme politeness and delicacy. As for the food, I found it exquisite and flawless. I don't dare judge previous customer reviews, but perhaps sometimes you can be more flexible and humane; if you expect a certain standard of "being served" (an expression I detest, given that colonialism is well and truly over) and revered, there are Michelin-starred restaurants where you have to sell your own kidneys and mortgage those of your entire family down to the tenth generation just for the air you breathe. If you want to avoid annoying customers, I recommend going in the evening so as not to ruin your meal.
