A superb welcome and an exceptional breakfast. Hotel very well located on the Syracuse peninsula.

Beautiful hotel, central location, sea view from the balcony, comfortable, lovely room. The service was pleasant and assertive members of staff, willing to assist and help apart from one incident, which was later looked into and rectified. It didn't spoil my whole experience. Sometimes people make mistakes. All in all amazing experience and thank you all for it.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The staffs are very nice and service is beyond. Breakfast was great. Met a lot of other guests during my stay.

Amazing hotel! Service was top notch, staff was professional and polite, location divine! In-house restaurant served amazing food and the room was comfortable and inviting. Nearby farmer's market was steps from the hotel and local restaurants and attractions were steps away. I was looking for a specific olive oil only available in Sicily and the staff at the front desk actually called the family that produced the olive oil and arranged a visit! Very nice home Impeccable service Hearty and good quality breakfast Completely review the soundproofing; hearing the neighbor pee, flushing the toilet…. It's just impossible for this type of hotel and ask the staff to be more discreet in the corridors. They don't speak they scream And for rooms that do not have shutters, the street lamps are on all night, it is not possible either given the standard of the hotel.

Soggiornai presso questo hotel la prima volta nel 2008, pochi mesi dopo la sua apertura. Cessai di frequentarlo dopo che essermi comprato un piccolo appartamento per i miei saltuari soggiorni nell'Ortigia di Siracusa. Ho proseguito però a usufruire sempre in modo indiretto dell'Hotel Algilà dove ospito all'occorrenza cari amici o familiari, avendo appunto un piccolo appartamento necessario solo per i soggiorni miei e di mia moglie dove non posso ospitare persone. Ogni tanto mi fermo a cena con i miei ospiti. Ho sempre fatto ottima figura. Servizi di autentica eccellenza, veramente in tutto.
