exceptional place, balcony overlooking Rome, spectacular sunset, steak a delight, excellent juicy tasty porchetta, excellently presented appetizers, good house wine, ok prices, my family of 11 people and I had a great time, thank you!

We were at this place just last night, June 14, 2025. What to say: the location is fantastic, because a bit like all the other places in Frascati it offers a crazy panoramic view of all of Rome. Very very beautiful. The service was very efficient, and cheered by the sympathy of Federico... Excellent food, I recommend their appetizer which is really varied and very filling. Finally we had the tonnarello alla carbonara which was truly exquisite. I have eaten in many other places in Rome, rarely have I found this quality and quantity. See you next time guys, good work!

Dinner for two, two roast meats: Sublime chicken, all the rest of the meat is also excellent but I would have avoided the trimming which is too heavy. Really excellent sautéed chicory, house wine "Cerasuolo" not bad. Coffee, albeit in pods, better than that of many bars around. I will definitely be back to try the rest. Really recommended.

Although it is impossible not to eat well in Frascati, this trattoria is rightfully among the favorites of our Roman holidays. Booking with THE FORK was very convenient and immediately gave us a 20% discount, young and very kind staff and truly excellent food. Even the amatriciana revisited with - HEAR HEAR - onion. Excellent. We shared a mixed appetizer, two first courses (the tonnarelli cacio e pepe were great, balanced in taste), two (huge) glasses of wine, water, dessert and two coffees. 50 euros was a more than fair price. We will definitely be back. P.s. If you are not local and are looking for parking, there is one at the station a ten minute walk away which can be paid for with Telepass.

Per quanto a Frascati sia impossibile non mangiare bene, questa trattoria entra di diritto fra le preferite delle nostre vacanze romane. Comodissima la prenotazione con THE FORK che ci ha dato subito un 20% di sconto, personale giovane e gentilissimo e cibo davvero ottimo. Anche la amatriciana rivisitata con - UDITE UDITE - la cipolla. Ottima. Ci siamo divisi un antipasto misto, due primi (spaziali i tonnarelli cacio e pepe, equilibrati nel gusto), due calici (enormi) di vino, acqua, dolce e due caffè. 50 euro sono stati un prezzo più che giusto. Torneremo sicuramente. P. s. Se non siete del posto e cercate posteggio, c'è a dieci minuti a piedi quello della stazione che può essere pagato con il Telepass.

Everything was excellent, from the staff to what we ate. I am a vegetarian and they immediately went out of their way to make me something and not the classic parmigiana or pasta with sauce. Because a little is enough in the end and they have demonstrated it well. The staff is attentive, kind, never intrusive. Perfect timing. I absolutely recommend it. Unfortunately I don't have any photos because I ate everything straight away🤣
