Alfredo's In Frascati

This is our second time dining at this little restaurant, and both experiences have been, overall, positive. The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful (though a bit disorganized in some areas). I'm not giving it five stars because there are a few things that could be improved: the most important, in my opinion, is the bathroom. There's only one, and in my opinion, it wasn't in the best condition. The toilet didn't flush properly, so you can imagine what happened. Secondly, some tables are a bit uncomfortable due to the lack of legroom in some areas, and finally, as I mentioned, I noticed a bit of disorganization: for example, despite having a reservation, we had to wait at least twenty minutes outside before being able to sit at our table. Aside from these things, which I think could be improved, the overall experience was positive; we ate well both times, so we'll be back.

Truly excellent Roman cuisine, with tasty and perfectly prepared dishes. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available. A place we'll gladly return to! 🍝

Everything was excellent, plentiful, and high-quality. We ordered everything from appetizers to first courses (carbonara, matriciana), even tripe, which in my opinion was one of the best we've tasted so far. The wait staff were kind and very attentive to our needs. Service was quick. The location was very nice, with pleasant background music. Congratulations on everything! We had a great time. The photos don't do justice to the place and the deliciousness of the typical Roman dishes, including abundant guanciale and pecorino cheese. We were also pleasantly surprised by the view as we left the restaurant. The prices are more than fair. Highly recommended.

This place, which from the outside looks like a fraschetta, is actually a true paradise inside, a very intimate place where you can enjoy excellent and generous dishes, as you would expect from a fraschetta. The quality of the food is unquestionable and at the right price, and the service is above average. This is a family-run inn, where the daughter and son-in-law dedicate themselves to the service and the mother-in-law, I would immediately add Santa, takes care of the cooking. If you love excellent food, elegance, and tranquility, you've found the right place.

THE BEST CACIO E PEPE I'VE EVER TASTED. I'd like to compliment the entire dining room and kitchen staff for their service, the quality of the food, and the fair prices. The pasta was superb, the waiter was attentive and kind, and the place was truly welcoming. We'll be back.

My boyfriend and I had dinner at Alfredo's and had a great time. The food was excellent, with traditional cuisine taking center stage, everything homemade with top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff is courteous and attentive to their guests' needs. The carbonara is highly recommended, one of the best I've ever had. We'll definitely be back.
