Had dinner in the restaurant last night, on August 15th, with my family.
We ate pinsa and sweets, drank beer and water.
The quality of the food was a little disappointing, at least compared to similar ones eaten recently in other restaurants. The pinsa dough tasted of little and was also not very digestible.
Desserts not the best…
The craft red beer is good but even in this case I have drunk better.
All in all, acceptable service given the packed evening.
The location is priceless, you are right on Lake Bracciano!
Finally, the bill, slightly below the average for the area, but compared to the quality of the food, perhaps we paid too much.
I don't know if I will return...

Rich menu and mouth-watering specialties of meat and fish and also the pinsa, with absolutely competitive costs, with a lounge on the lake that offers wonderful views both day and night.

I don't know the rooms. But the restaurant has a stunning location on the lake. The service is excellent and the food is sublime. A place to absolutely visit.
I was there on the occasion of an evening event: dinner with murder.
An evening with a fixed menu (also available à la carte) in which some actors staged a murder investigation, providing you with the clues to find out the culprit, the motive and the weapon.
Have a great time, food, I repeat, excellent, service, I repeat, fantastic.
Starter, first course, second course and side dish, coffee, wine, water, dessert, spent 25 euros (fixed menu).

Alfredo is a very large place on the shores of Lake Bracciano which has certainly seen better times, it also has an equipped beach. The service is fast. The waiters are functional and polite. The fish and meat dishes.... Eatable. Alfredo in Bracciano tidied up by removing the white canvases from the ceiling, they were nothing more than a receptacle for germs.
Best wishes Alfredo, it's always a good thing to renew yourself.

I only ate at the restaurant and I found it very good, both in terms of quality of the dishes, prices and service. Beautiful location overlooking Lake Bracciano.

Dopo aver visitato il Museo storico dell’Aeronautica Militare di Vigna di Valle siamo andati a pranzo da Alfredo. Location bordo Lago di Bracciano con splendida vista e comodo parcheggio. La sala molto grande e abbastanza minimal ci aveva raffreddati un pochino, ma poi arrivando i piatti tutto è cambiato. Porzioni abbondanti e molto gustose, spaghetti allo scoglio, tagliolini al ragù di cinghiale e risotto persichella tutti fantastici!!!
Anche i secondi ottimi e abbondanti, noi abbiamo preso spezzatino di cinghiale e frittura di pesce.
Infine i dolci, anche quelli molto buoni.
Esperienza positiva anche per il prezzo….pagato il giusto!!

Superlativo!!!
Location fantastica direttamente sul lago offre un panorama mozzafiato, abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, pietanze ottime e di grande qualità, personale gentile e professionale. Torneremo presto!!!
