And still… pure magic.” Il Vero Alfredo isn't just a restaurant: it's an institution, a place where authentic flavor intertwines with memory, tradition, and the most sincere welcome. This was my twelfth visit in thirty years and the second with my wife, Rosandrys. Sharing this experience with her in the heart of Rome was a truly emotional moment. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with his usual energy and warmth by Franchessco, whom we fondly remember from his early days as a runner. Today, we find him as the central figure of the restaurant, with the refined professionalism and sincere humanity that make every visit unique. A special thanks also goes to Valentina, for her impeccable, discreet, and attentive service, which made our dinner even more special. And of course, the legendary Fettuccine Alfredo: creamy, velvety, simply perfect. Every forkful is a tribute to the history of Roman cuisine. The rest of the menu lives up to the legend, but what truly sets Il Vero Alfredo apart is its soul: a close-knit team that turns every dinner into a precious memory. Super touristy, with more Brazilians than any other nationality, lol. We love a trendy restaurant! The main dish is the fettuccine Alfredo, which costs €22 for an individual portion (even then, the waiter will mix the dish in front of you!). If you want two portions, it's double the price, of course, but the waiter's service is the same! In this case, we ordered an individual portion and tried the amatriciana. All the dishes are very good, but we found the price high compared to other good-quality places. At least the waiter who served us was great, and being an Argentine and Latin American, we're a winner! They charge for the location and history, of course!

The waiters were very good and the food was also very good.

The restaurant is well-known in Rome, and many kings and heads of state have eaten there, and it's enough for His Majesty the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman 😍😍😍 The prices are considered expensive. The service is very, very, very excellent, and they are friendly and accommodating. My Experience - The fettuccine tasted good. I expected it to be better, and the portion was large, enough for two people. 8/10. The burrata salad was very delicious. 10/10. Grilled salmon. 10/10. There's a pasta in the pictures, but I can't remember its name. It's so delicious, better than the fettuccine. 10/10

O atendimento foi eficiente, o local é bem sinalizado, principalmente quando fui e estava com uma obra enorme nas ruas próximas ao restaurante. O prato do macarrão Alfredo é delicioso e bem servido. Foi o maior prato de macarrão que encontrei na Itália

Locale storico di Roma famoso in tutto il mondo per le fettuccine mantecate nel burro e parmigiano che prendono il nome dal ristorante, Alfredo e’ frequentato soprattutto da turisti stranieri ma anche da italiani che ne apprezzano la cucina di buon livello ed il locale tappezzato dalle foto di personaggi famosi. Ho assaggiato le fettuccine ai carciofi con Castelmagno buone ed una spigola al forno niente male. Servizio da ristorante turistico, prezzi alti
