Started off quiet but was busy as we left..food was beautiful we obviously had to try the famous fettuccine. Was lovely- my partner had the extra truffle and said it was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and attentive, they prepared the food in front of us as well. It had a great atmosphere and was really nice to see all the people- families, famous people, who had all eaten there previously. Lovely family feel history restaurant. Would recommend.

Already been during a previous holiday and returned. Enjoyed an excellent carbonara, the fettuccine is a must try, but in general all the first courses are excellent

Locale storico di Roma famoso in tutto il mondo per le fettuccine mantecate nel burro e parmigiano che prendono il nome dal ristorante, Alfredo e’ frequentato soprattutto da turisti stranieri ma anche da italiani che ne apprezzano la cucina di buon livello ed il locale tappezzato dalle foto di personaggi famosi.
Ho assaggiato le fettuccine ai carciofi con Castelmagno buone ed una spigola al forno niente male. Servizio da ristorante turistico, prezzi alti

Location storica e storica atmosfera , questo ristorante che ha reso il suo piatto principale famoso in tutto il mondo e’ principalmente una attrazione turistica , in parte ha conservato l’atmosfera di un tempo grazie alla location rimasta praticamente intatta , il servizio invece lascia un po’ a desiderare eccezione fatta per il direttore che è estremamente gentile e cordiale . Il menù a parte le famosissime “ Fettuccine Alfredo “ offre principalmente cucina tipica romana di livello altalenante , alcuni piatti sono molto buoni altri abbastanza deludenti quindi per non sbagliare consiglio di ordinare le famose fettuccine . Prezzi non economici ma giustificati dalla fama del ristorante e dall’indirizzo prestigioso .
