Magnificent welcome, good and quality dishes

Pleasant evening spent out of curiosity in this restaurant. The place is particularly furnished, clean but a little dark, the staff very kind and competent. Open kitchen, DJ corner, very clean and fragrant bathroom, tables as already reviewed several times without tablecloths but very nice, comfortable chairs and warm climate. The menu is a bit limited, my cacio e pepe was a little too salty. The second course of pigeon was a fairy tale, exquisite. Particularly shaped dessert... Around €100 per person excluding particular wines.
This evening my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of dining at Alessandro Borghese's restaurant and we chose the 10-course tasting. An extraordinary experience! Each dish was a perfect balance of flavours, with the highest quality raw materials and impeccable presentation. The service was excellent, thanks above all to Lorenzo, a very knowledgeable and kind boy, always attentive to every detail. The elegant and welcoming atmosphere made the evening even more special. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a unique gastronomic experience. We will definitely be back to try other specialties!!

Very particular and elegant place even if a little too dark for my tastes.
I really like the idea of leaving the tables without tablecloths because they were so beautiful that they had to be hidden.
My expectations were really high and all in all the dinner was very pleasant, even if I expected a little more.
I ate casoncelli stuffed with Casserole, very good but a little too cold.
The second course was the stuffed pigeon which was really tasty. And her bottom was sensational!
A negative flaw for the dessert, the spherical tiramisu, which was little reminiscent of traditional tiramisu in flavours. It didn't excite me.

Siamo arrivati con aspettative piuttosto basse e invece ci siamo dovuti ricredere. Posizione poco invitante ma interni ampi e curati. I camerieri sono giovani, molto disponibili, sono rimasta un po' perplessa dall'originale divisa. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione con più portate e siamo usciti sazi e soddisfatti. Abbiamo trovato i piatti gustosi tranne i dolci, sui quali a mio avviso devono lavorare diversamente. Una piacevole serata in un contesto elegante ma non ingessato.

Siamo stati oggi a pranzo come sorpresa di compleanno per me. Era da tanto che avevo il desiderio di andarci e dopo oggi mi spiace non esserci andata prima. Esperienza bellissima. Tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza, all’ambiente,al servizio, al cibo. I ragazzi, in particolare Mattia al nostro tavolo assegnato, preparatissimi su tutto. I piatti che abbiamo mangiato tutti di alta qualità e buonissimi. Qualità/prezzo giusto.
Torneremo per provare altri piatti o per il percorso degustazione che mi ispira molto.
Ultima cosa, c’era Alessandro che ho trovato carinissimo e molto accogliente.
Esperienza da ripetere.
