Everything was perfect, both in the service and in the menu, the food was very good.

We were there on December 5th to celebrate our mother's birthday, what can I say!? Everything was perfect!!! From the welcome from Miss Vittoria to the service from Andrea. And a special thanks to chef Massimiliano. A truly wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back. The risotto really moved me, the cod is dangerous (it'll be hard to settle for just one), and the lamb is truly balanced and flavorful. Thanks to all the staff. 🙏🏻

It surprises, excites, and satisfies the senses. Everything exceeds expectations, carefully crafted and refined, without exaggerating formality, exquisitely eclectic. The flavors are something no description would do justice; each dish is a complex and harmonious interplay of flavors, thrilling! Not for everyone's budget, but more than adequate for adding value to important occasions. Highly recommended!

Tasting dinner taking advantage of the birthday of one of the guests. The atmosphere was refined and well-organized. The service was professional and very welcoming. Present but not intrusive, attentive and knowledgeable. The dishes were very well presented and had very distinctive flavors. The food not only satisfied the sight and the palate but also the nose with the aromas that compose each dish. The photos are purely representative of the dishes that were brought to the table but do not represent the entire tasting menu. The birthday girl also received an unexpected surprise, on the initiative of the managers, which further enriched the pleasantness of the evening. We will return on other evenings to taste new dishes and smell new aromas.

Only for a few. The chef will understand. "We Built This City" 👎 I would have expected "Gimme Shelter" instead.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Everything was beautiful, the staff very kind, the 9-course menu was delicious and very original. The only negative thing was not meeting Borghese...

Excellent value for money. The entire staff is professional. Cacio e pepe is a must-try at least once in your life.
