The place was really spacious and well-kept, with the owner's face clearly visible. I have to say it wasn't a bad idea at all, because it wasn't tacky as it might seem. We were treated very well by the staff, and of course, we also ate very well. We didn't do any tastings, but we ordered à la carte. Everything was as expected, maybe even a little more. We had an appetizer, a main course, and dessert. Everything was truly delicious and cooked beautifully with definitely high-quality ingredients. The prices weren't particularly high, certainly expensive compared to average, but that was obvious; for what we ate, it was understandable. For those who have never tried something similar, I recommend it at least once in their life.

Impeccable yet easy-going service, dishes that look like paintings, marvelous to the eye and to the palate, friendliness, warmth, and professionalism are what accompany you throughout the entire dinner... Let's dispel a false myth: when we left the restaurant... we were absolutely not hungry ☺️... perfect portions in this restaurant run by a super chef!!!! The restaurant's name is spot on... the luxury and simplicity are captured in the quality of the cuisine, the musical accompaniment, and the freshness of the table service.

There are incredible journeys in life in every field. For me, this was an incredible culinary journey, from start to finish. I was deeply impressed by every detail: an enchanting location, quality staff, a unique chef supported by a fantastic team. We left feeling just the right amount of full, but satisfied beyond our expectations. There's no need to add anything else other than "try it and believe it." Don't wait, it's worth it.

So... Tactical and helpful chef. Qualified, friendly, and efficient staff. The dishes are delicious, with the right balance of quality, flavor, and price. Anyone who complains can go to some trucker's restaurant, with all due respect. Try it, enjoy it, and go. Go. Go.

We were welcomed immediately, without any waiting, and escorted to our table. We chose the 9-course tasting menu, served by a very knowledgeable and helpful waiter who guided us step by step, explaining every aspect of our experience in detail. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, as was the presentation and preparation of the various courses. The cacio e pepe was truly the highlight, but everything else was excellent. The desserts were truly magnificent. We didn't get to meet Alessandro, but the experience was absolutely positive and will undoubtedly make us return. Recommended in every way.

Tornerei volentieri e lo consiglierei senza esitazioni. Abbiamo trascorso una serata davvero piacevole, accolti con calore e serviti con grande professionalità. Anche sul piano culinario l’esperienza è stata eccellente: ogni piatto ci ha convinti e abbiamo apprezzato la cura e la qualità degli ingredienti. Una menzione speciale va al pane e alla focaccia, davvero strepitosi. L’unico appunto riguarda l’atmosfera della sala: la luce era molto bassa e, insieme ai tavoli scuri e spogli, tendeva a spegnere i colori vivaci delle portate, che meritavano invece di essere valorizzati. Le divise del personale di sala, simpatiche ma forse più adatte a una trattoria della riviera romagnola, stonano un po’ con l’ambiente. Detto questo, lo staff è stato estremamente discreto e cordiale, pronto a sorridere e scherzare con naturalezza quando il contesto lo permetteva.

La location è curata con grande attenzione ai dettagli, elegante e accogliente. Il personale di sala è straordinariamente cortese e disponibile. La qualità dei piatti è semplicemente eccellente: la degustazione da 10, non solo per il numero di portate, ma anche come voto complessivo, è un vero viaggio nel gusto. Ogni assaggio è un’esperienza sensoriale che conquista il palato. Il prezzo è sicuramente “elevato”, ma assolutamente giustificato da ciò che si vive e si gusta. Un posto che merita di essere provato almeno una volta: consigliatissimo!
