16/12/2024: With a friend we arrived in Montecchio by chance, looking for a place to have a "proper" aperitif we asked a passerby who (fortunately!) recommended La nuova lifferia. Sunday rush hour, the place was crowded but the service was fast and the environment was not noisy. We ordered a platter of cured meats to say the least superlative, erbazzone equally (2 portions) and a good bottle of Malvasia. Definitely honest bill, in fact we were pleasantly surprised. The erbazzone was free. Very pleasant staff, we had a pleasant chat with the owner Aldo, very nice also the two young guys who were present at the cash register when we left. If we pass by these parts again we will definitely not miss another aperitif here. Congratulations!
