Ihad a really wonderful stay. The hotel room was not the most modern, but it was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The shower was a little small 😉, but overall I felt very comfortable, only the street is a little bit noisy. A special mention goes to the person running the albergo and restaurant: incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast was also excellent, with delicious cake, fresh fruit, and plenty of other options — more than enough and all very tasty. But the real highlight is definitely the restaurant. This is absolutely not typical standard tourist food. The dishes are traditional, but modernly interpreted and prepared with great creativity and passion. Every meal I had was outstanding, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Combined with the warm and attentive service, the whole experience was simply fantastic. Myclear recommendation: if you are anywhere near this area and want to enjoy truly excellent food, this is the place to go. I would happily come back anytime!

A timeless place. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and meticulously crafted: passion and attention to detail permeate every corner. The menu offers typical local dishes, expertly explained by Francesca, the owner, who guides you through your choices with kindness and professionalism. You truly feel at home, pampered and cared for. Sergio recommended the perfect wines to pair with lunch, making the experience even more complete and harmonious. The finale was a true treat: coffee served in the garden, accompanied by delicious homemade cookies. An authentic, sincere, and unforgettable dining experience.

Excellent restaurant. I only had an appetizer and a first course, and I can say that both dishes combined innovation and tradition. Perhaps a little pricey, but you pay for quality. Recommended.

This is truly a fortunate time for me: I'm increasingly encountering restaurants that fully deserve 5 stars! This time, for work, I found myself having lunch in the splendid Oltrepò Pavese, specifically in Rivanazzano Terme. The Oltrepò is a wonderful region in Lombardy, located on the border with Piedmont and Emilia: a crossroads that enriches the local cuisine with delightful influences from all three regions. In a simple, family-friendly atmosphere, I enjoyed flavorful, well-cooked, and carefully presented dishes. Thanks to the kindness of my companions, I sampled several courses, which allows me to review this restaurant with full knowledge of the facts. All the dishes I tried deserve 5 stars, but one in particular, in my humble opinion, deserves 6: the cappuccino appetizer with poached egg, truffle, and mushroom cream. A true symphony of flavors, capable of winning you over from the first bite! All the dishes were excellent, beautifully plated, and complemented by friendly, informal service. The hostess expertly and passionately explained the dishes' characteristics, adding a touch of authenticity to the experience. In short: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
