It is a family-run hotel, wife and husband, we had dinner even though the restaurant's evening service is for internal customers. Excellent mushroom and truffle tagliatelle, a tender grilled veal steak and roasted cheese with raw ham with a side of truly dietary chips, and an excellent Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. The somewhat hasty service is the reason for the 4 stars. But I repeat, the quality is undoubted.
