Albergo Ristorante Fiorella In Rosolina

Hotel in an excellent location a stone's throw from the sea. Furnishings a little dated but very large and clean rooms. Friendly and prepared staff. With the stay they also provide an umbrella and sunbeds in the tamarisk bathroom (which is located right in front of the Fiorella hotel). The only thing is the catering part. Many good and abundant dishes but for example the risotto, despite it being written on the menu, was not served to us every time because otherwise we would have had to wait 40 minutes to eat it (this happened when I went to visit my parents who stayed in the hotel and so I took the à la carte menu). I wonder why put it on the menu if you aren't able to prepare it in the right time for a restaurant. There is no evening entertainment and drinks are paid separately (even water). But this is well specified in the regulation. Leaving aside the food part, otherwise it is a good hotel in a good location.

Let me start by saying that we did not stay in this hotel, we only had lunch and we can say that: The place is well kept and welcoming, clean and the staff is friendly. We took some tagliolini as in the photo and the quality is not bad, we are in a tourist place so you can't expect who knows what, but overall good, quality for the price (for what we ate) good. The only mistake was that I would have chosen a still wine and they brought it sparkling. Alright

The rating is exclusively for the restaurant. We spontaneously went here for dinner. An absolutely professional service. Super friendly, quick and really in a good mood. The food was excellent. Price/performance ratio fits. We sat outside, nice and chilled, almost romantic. I was only in the interior to pay, it seemed very loud, cold and not really comfortable. Maybe it was the cold light. Conclusion: Highly recommended, but only outside.

Ci sono stata oggi con mio marito e due coppie di amici, mangiato l’antipasto di pesce misto della casa, molto buono, pesce freschissimo. Poi noi il saute’ di cozze buonissimo, ho dovuto x forza fare la scarpetta con il sughetto. I nostri amici hanno mangiato i tagliolini ai frutti di mare molto buono. Pagato il giusto. Ci ritorneremo….😋

I congratulate the cashier Nicola for his kindness and availability, it's very difficult to find such kind people. I'm sorry that there were no rooms available but every morning we had breakfast and everything was excellent. Thanks again to Nicola
