Albergo Ristorante Casa Volpi In Arezzo

The hospitality and kindness of the management were excellent! I spent a long weekend with my family, and we relaxed and recharged in this hotel, where we slept wonderfully. Waking up in the morning to the chirping of various birds is wonderful! The food is also excellent. Thank you for your hospitality and service.

I stayed here for a weekend with most of my family. It's made up of some individuals I personally would consider rude, intent on making others feel uncomfortable. Therefore, I'd like to apologize to those who work at this establishment for the countless lack of empathy and respect. It's pure ignorance, and I completely disagree with such behavior. Regardless, the service was very courteous; we were greeted by a very kind and friendly young man from the afternoon/evening shift. The rooms are unique, simple, and fresh—qualities I greatly appreciate, but which are clearly subjective. We ate dinner at the hotel every evening. The only complaint is that the service is a bit slow, but I imagine this could be due to various factors, perhaps the caliber of the dishes or the number of guests. The food is very good; I had the pappardelle, which were spectacular, and the rabbit and potatoes, perhaps a little too spicy for me, but still good. Breakfast was small but nice, accompanied by very, very good croissants. It's a simple establishment, in the middle of the countryside, where everyone is welcoming. I thank the management, you do a great job, and I apologize again for the inconvenience caused to my family. P.S.: Stunning views from some rooms ;)

This place is incomparable. Just outside Arezzo, it's run by two brothers who do everything they can to make you feel comfortable, like you're at home. The food, which one of the brothers cooks for Ena, is excellent—everything homemade, pasta, etc.—and highly recommended. The place is beautiful, though the house needs some maintenance. But the service is so good that you don't notice anything that might be wrong; instead, you focus on all the wonderful things. I would gladly recommend it. If you're expecting a 5-star hotel, etc., this isn't it. But the service and the food surpass any other aspect. Happy to have had this experience. Luz Ma
