In addition to selling their brand of cycling clothing and accessories, it also has a small café serving everything from breakfast to cold cuts. The owners demonstrate a wealth of knowledge in the cycling world, and their approach to passing customers is generally friendly. My personal observation concerns the overall atmosphere of the shop, which can be somewhat selective for regular customers. While I recognize the excellent workmanship and the quality of the offerings, I sense a marked attention to the image and brand of those who frequent it. While a casual visitor might simply enjoy a coffee or a quick purchase without noticing this dynamic, those who are local and intend to visit regularly might notice that the clothing and bicycles are overpriced based on their value or brand. In short, Sartoria is a place of excellence in its sector and knows how to attract a specific, niche clientele. They've created their own small circle of enthusiasts, but those who don't fit certain aesthetic or financial standards might not feel fully comfortable or appreciated.
